Eastchester Ridge Apartments

This is a nice place to live. I feel very safe here. Most of the people here are friendly. This complex is pet friendly. There is a fenced in area for dogs to play. They also have a pool. The maintenance staff is wonderful. There is plenty of parking. There is a problem with the dumpsters, not being emptied frequently enough.

I have enjoyed my experience living here. I love the cleanliness around the complex, the quietness no one hangs out all night. You get good quiet rest at night. The maintenance crew keeps the complex nice and clean. Anything that needs to be looked at in the apartment is done within 24 hours. My Apartment is everything I was looking for and then some. Welcome Home New Neighbors.

The Apartment is poorly put together. Sloppy paint jobs and cover ups. Over sprayage of paint. Not good at all. The hallways are filthy as well

In the short time my family and I have been here in the community, our experience has been nothing but wonderful. The management staff are fantastic, the neighbors are friendly, and the community remains well-kept and quiet. My family and I look forward to being here for some time to come.

It is nothing short of absolutely okay. It is definitely not the best place to live and they certainly don't care much, but it's a roof over head, just one with a lot of cracks and looks like it might cave in. But nonetheless a place to live.

The apartments here are very nice and look fairly clean, I’ve had no major issues with utilities. The campus is scenic with lots to offer. Overall East Chester Ridge Apartments are a fair and pleasant neighborhood.

Great place to visit lovely places to stay. The parking lot clean and the dog park is a wonderland for pets to play at. Close enough to the highway and to the shopping center.

Really good area to live at. Been living here for almost two years and I don't regret it. Office staff is extremely nice and always take care of all my issues. Quite and Friendly neighborhood we do have some moments but it's not bad.

Been here for 2 years a great pet friendly community. The maintenance men always there to help when there is a need. The place is safe. I just renewed a new year and I am happy to be a part of this safe community

This is a great area, and it is peaceful, the traffic is not bad at all. Neiborhood is a great area it is quiet and nice; the mailboxes look great.

Having just recently moved in, I have to say that the experience has been like no other. The management staff were friendly, helpful, and on top of everything from the beginning of the application process. They worked diligently with their counterparts to get my application approved quickly and allowed me to move in the same day of approval. The apartment and community is clean, well kept, quiet, and friendly. My kids and I look forward to living here for some time.

Great place to visit and wonderful places to stay. Great staff clean parking easy access to the highway and grocery stores. Pet friendly and children and the staff are always nice and easy to talk too

I have no complaints here. Nice neighborhood friendly staff, maintenance is on top of any request put in. I would love to see some updates in the units but overall nice place. Area is quiet as well.

Straightforward and simple, couldn't ask for a better impression. Ivy was extremely helpful with getting everything signed and making clear everything I needed to do.

Leasing office doesn't care if there's a problem. Maintenance takes so long to respond and fix an issue. So many things in the apartment are cheap and break with the slightest touch.

Safe environment for pets and children. Close to everything including, fast casual dining, groceries, financial and medical services. Spacious enough to feel like home with amenities. Pool and fitness center. Staff are extremely nice and professional. Come see why we call Eastchester Ridge, home.

Great place to visit wonderful places to live. The staff always nice and helpful the parking lot clean and safe. The pool area nice and big and the dog park is always a hit with my dog.

Within a mile of everything. Safe area to stroll or do your jog, at any hour. The staff here are professional, polite, and proficient. And the kindness doesn't stop after you sign the lease. The apartments are spacious. Your balcony or patio, depending on the floor will give you year round enjoyment. Central air and pest control will give you year round comfort. It is pet friendly, so take your furbaby down to the fenced area for some off leash time. There's a playground, beautiful large barbeque and a pool. The rent is reasonable for the market. I recommend you definitely sign for a long lease if possible, for some savings. So why not give it 5 stars, well, It is apartment living and there are the ups and downs with that. However, the down are insignificant in comparison. Stop by and see why residents like myself have called Eastchester home for more than a few years.

Living here is an absolute breathe of fresh air. It's quiet, clean and neighbors are friendly. Apartments are big, spacious and beautiful. I will definitely stay here .

I've lived at Eastchester Ridge Apartments for many years. I feel that it is a very safe community and has several amenities. The landscaping is very nice. The maintenance men are wonderful and when you submit an order, it is dealt with promptly. The apartment complex provides areas to walk your dogs and there is a small dog park, children's playground, pool and weight room.

Well maintained facility, friendly neighbors, amazing front desk staff and maintenance staff. I love it here!! It’s also pet friendly, with a decent dog park.

Nice workers close to shopping center and down town high point. Near the highway nice clean parking lot and dog park over all it nice places to stay at

The staff is absolutely incredible, super friendly, and drops everything their doing to help. The maintenance is punctual and quick to respond. Apartments are beautiful.

The office staff here are not helpful at all and change every week. We are never notified when the amenities that we pay for are going to not be in use or there is a change for example.. The pool has been open for barely a month and we have been able to use it a total of two times, due to the pool code constantly being changed with no notice. I have been made aware that you must come to the office to get lectured about rules and given a new code and then two days later on Fourth of July when the office is closed…The pool code was changed again without being notified , it takes simple communication from the office to resolve this and when staff are made aware, we are given attitude…. Over simply asking to be notified to come to the office for a new pool code. Phone calls, voicemails, and emails are never answered. As a leasing office, it’s just unprofessional. The only good thing about this apartment is the maintenance crew. Appliances in the apartment and the gym need major updating.

Quiet and relaxing place to live, the amenities are great for residents. We love that the designated pet area always has bags for cleaning purposes.

I love it here! The move in was easy every body was so nice and the convenience of being close to everything is great! I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for somewhere to move

It has been great living here just wish they could get a new pest control already other then that it's been great maintenance guys are awesome and quick.

Pets and kid friendly. Pool, bark park, playground and space to stroll. Close to grocery, dining, medical centers and education facilities. Friendly and professional staff. Diverse and inclusive community. It's not just another apartment, it's home.

The service is exceptional, the property is always clean, the neighborhood is in a perfect area close to high point university. There truly are no complaints.

Very secluded nice clean area to live in I love where the washer and dryer is love the private balcony. The fireplace makes that apartment looks so beautiful. I love that the TVs can go on the wall. I love the walk-in closets.

I've been very pleased with my experience here at Eastchester Ridge, the staff is great and has always kept me informed and updated with important information. The maintenance staff is really superb. I love the quietness of the complex, and Love the closeness of stores and restaurants!

Great place to live nice clean parking lots. Great workers always nice and easy to talk too. Close to the local community center and stores. The dog park is nice and there even a safe place for kids to play at.

The maintenance crew here is amazing. They are quick and efficient and some of the nicest people I know. Any time we have an issue they are either here same day or the day after and get it done! Thank you!!

Love the crew and love the complex. Just ended my lease and moved to a two/two and loving it. Quite, nice and very relaxing neighborhood 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone.

Maintenance crew is on point! They always are quick to respond and fix issues. They follow all directions on the requests. Kudos to the maintenance crew!

I have adored my time here, the neighbors are lovely and the overall complex stays clean and maintained very well! I love how safe it is as well, I have never had any issues. I've talked and gotten to know multiple people while living here and it really shows how much community and love there still is in this world. I will recommend for all of my upcoming adult friends to stay here!

Nice place to live clean parking lot. Close enough to walk to grocery store and gas stations. Near the highway near high point down town area but not in it so you don't have to deal with the headache of down town noise

It has been a good time staying here overall. The only thing that I have not liked is the lack of equipment in the gym. But there is definitely a nice amount of different items to use.

We love the administration, they are really helpful, the points app is great, and All our questions get solved, they are always friendly with us and our pet!
