Property Ratings at Eastern View Terrace Apartments
for the price it's not terrible but there are definitely better places to live. if you need any maintenance stuff done you might as well fix it yourself it takes them a while to get to it. they tell you no pets but you can see/hear dogs barking or whining but with no on site management I didn't really expect anyone to follow that rule its pretty easy to break it. not much notice is given when they decide to do an inspection which can be extremely irritating if you're like me and often aren't home due to work or travel. was not pleased to be out of town the first inspection they did since I didnt know about it till I got home. quiet for the most part and neighbors keep to themselves. dont suggest ever using the laundry facility here the washer never seems to fully get the soap out and the dryer doesnt dry well no matter how little you put in it so it ends up costing more then it should to do laundry.
Management "inspects" your apartment regularly by giving you a notice with no specific day or time of day. I don't like someone in my apartment when I am not home. Other than that my rent is reasonable but have seen nicer places in better neighborhoods for not much more It is close to freeway & bus.
