Great place to live and raise kids! I raised my son age 8 to now, he is 26 years old and is renting here now. My father lived here 2000-2006, until he passed away. He liked it here as well! The new manager, Monica, and the maintenance guy, Jordan, are wonderful people to deal with and good on getting what needs to be taken care of in a timely manner. These apartments are the loudest I have ever lived in. The neighbors are loud inside and out. Parents will let their kids run around screaming both inside and outside. The apartments are dirty, there is trash everywhere in the parking lots. They also won’t do any maintenance or respond to noise complaints. The area is also not the safest.

Between management changes, obscenely loud neighbors, and them not honoring promotional offers, it really is not even worth your time or sanity. 10000% wish I would have gone ANYWHERE else.
