We love it here at Eastland Court! The grounds are always clean and well taken care of, the pool area is beautiful, and the staff are very responsive to our needs. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new apartment!

We love living at Eastland! Quiet, great curb appeal & great neighbors.

Ever since the manager that was here a couple years ago it’s only went down hill. The previous manager never kept us up to date on what’s going on. Would never respond to calls or emails. Then once she left this current manager is trying to over charge her residents

This property was great for a while. The property was great when another manager was there. That manager left with no warning. Current management does not respond to any emails or phone calls. The office is always locked. The only good thing about this property is the maintenance guy Sam. He does a great job. Do NOT live at a Charles Williams property. I will be terminating my lease early.

I have loved at Eastland Court for 2 years. It is a great apartment. The property manager and maintenance are wonderful! I would highly recommend!

I’m a long time resident and couldn’t be happier for a place I call home. Eastland has an on-site courtesy officer, best pool area, great neighbors, it’s a gated community and has several housing options.

Eastland Court Apartment Home complex is a great place to live. I have lived here almost 16 years. Everything is well taken care of here. The grounds of the complex are beautifully landscaped, with flowers always in bloom. The management and staff are friendly and helpful. If you should have a maintenance need it is taken care of in a timely manner. My apartment is lovely and spacious. I feel so at home here. There is plenty to do if you so desire with the pool and fitness center. Plus just walking through the complex is safe and enjoyable. We are conveniently located with shopping only a short distance away. Downtown Rome is only about 4 miles away. The property is surrounded by woods. I enjoy this because you get to see the beauty of the changing seasons right out your window and as a bonus sometimes you get to see wildlife. In your apartment, on your deck or anywhere else on the property it doesn't seem like you are just down the street from a major highway. I feel very safe here and it is a great place to call home!

Great location, well maintained,friendly courteous employees. Any issues are addressed immediately. The neighbors are quiet, friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed living here for 8 years with few concerns. I recommend Eastland Court to everyone.

I've lived here now going on 2 years. I moved here right before the Pandemic shutdown. It's been such a wonderful experience! The apartments have several pros over other potential residencies in the area. The apartments are: - Spacious - Have Garden-size tubs - April is the property manager, and she's always very helpful and task-oriented - The property and landscape is nicely maintained - Open-floor plan I am a real resident, and I'm not getting anything from this review. We transferred to Rome from out of state and lucked into finding this place. The grounds are well maintained as are the apartments. I like that it is close to everything yet has a very quiet and private feel. It is so refreshing to find such a great place to come home to that is also very pet friendly.

These apartments are very nice! I know there are not many reviews online, so I wanted to take some time to give my honest experience. First off, the apartments are very spacious and nice. They were built in 2006, but honestly, they have been very well-maintained. The grounds on the property are always nicely kept up. They have some men to come over quite often to maintain the grounds and the land. The residents are for the most part, respectful of each other. This is a nice place to live if you're working in your career, a college student, a family, or for retired adults; You'll find it all at Eastland. And, this review cones from a real resident. Hope this helps someone seriously considering moving here!

I've lived in other apartments in Rome and none of them feel like home. Since day one at Eastland Court, I've felt at home. The neighbors are nice and friendly, management is responsive and communicates regularly, and maintenance takes care of everything in a timely manner. I enjoy spending time at the pool - it is well taken care of. I also enjoy spending time on my deck enjoying the beautiful Georgia weather. The layouts of the apartments are great! I look forward to living here for a while!

I have lived at Eastland Court for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it! The management staff is excellent and always very helpful. The maintenance staff is always quick to respond to any concern or issue of mine, which is greatly appreciated!! I cannot imagine residing anywhere else in Rome!

I have lived in Eastland Court for almost 5 years now and I simply can't imagine living anywhere else. I've been in other properties around Rome and nothing else compares. The apartments and property are well maintained, it's in a quiet area, I have always felt safe, the pool area is absolutely wonderful and if I ever need anything, Sarah is always there to help. It just honestly feels like home If you are looking for somewhere to live in Rome, you will not be disappointed at Eastland Court.

We’ve lived in other apartment communities in Rome and they don’t compare. It’s the hospitality of the employees and the residents that can’t be duplicated. We know we can count on the staff and our neighbors and enjoy spending time with them! Never felt so at home anywhere else. It’s just a nice place to live. It’s so well maintained that you would think it was a newer community than it is. The architecture has real Southern Charm and beauty. It’s also nice to be friends with residents that have been here since it opened. I enjoy time with friends at the clubhouse and at the pool! Our apartment is amazing and feels more like a house we are glad to call Eastland Court Apartments “HOME”! I want to take this moment to tell Sarah and Steve how much my family likes them and appreciates the care and respect you show for us! We think of you all as family! God Bless

We have been here several years now and would not think of living anywhere else! We have a great apartment and wonderful neighbors. Sarah and Steve take really good care of us and make sure that things are handled in a timely manner. We feel safe and secure here and would recommend Eastland Court to anyone who needs a nice place to call home.

We could not be happier and feel safer than we do at Eastland Court. They go beyond the call of duty to take care of us in every capacity. The maintenance crew is beyond exceptional. We have not a worry in the world living at Eastland Court Apartments. They are owned and operated by the finest group in Rome Georgia! Keep up the good work!

We recently moved into a two bedroom apartment home in Eastland Court, and have really enjoyed "nesting" in our new space! The apartment itself is spacious and inviting and we especially love sitting out on our deck/balcony overlooking the woods behind our building! We appreciate the two-tiered swimming pool as well as the friendly neighbors we have met there! We are so very pleased to have found such a lovely place to live convenient to both work and leisure activities in the surrounding area.

My wife and I have lived at Eastland Court since May of 2015. Management is great and the community is well laid out and maintained. The apartments are reasonably energy efficient. Good neighbors too: a mix of older residents and young families. We have been very happy thus far and would recommend Eastland Court to friends and family without hesitation.

I have lived at Eastland Court for almost 4 years. I have loved every minute of it! Management is always quick to respond and is always available and helpful. Sarah is simply the best and Steve is always there to meet any maintenance needs that may arise.

The maintenance crew is fast and reliable and there is never any noise to complain of! I would recommend Eastland Court to anyone looking for luxury apartment living.

I lived at Eastland for about a year. My 3BR apartment is very spacious and I do not feel cramped. I enjoyed the views from my balcony and windows. Sarah, Rachel, and Steve are accommodating. They are very friendly and are willing to help in whatever way they can to make things easier. From my experience, this includes but not limited to getting back to you with questions or concerns in a timely manner, package handling, and assisting tenants in the community to make their stay more comfortable. The staff is courteous, polite, and I enjoy coming home and living here.

I've been here for almost 7 months now, and absolutely love Eastland Court. They are truly apartment HOMES - the layout is well thought out, the office and maintenance staff are super friendly and helpful, it's quiet, and I feel quite safe and comfy! Not something I would say about other places. As I'm getting to know some of the residents, there are people who have lived here from 2 to 8 years - I can understand why. Great place! Not sure if the negative reviews below were written by actual residents - none of what they have said has been true of my experience here. Not worth the high rent. I can hear the toilet flush of my upstairs neighbors along with their washing machine at 2am. At least charge less rent to match the cheap quality of the apartments... Management really doesn't care about happy tenants because they are so sure they will be able to quickly find others once an unhappy set moves out

I lived at Eastland for more than 5 years. Had to move for my job to a much larger city that has nothing that compares to the size and layout of Eastland Apartments. The neighbors were great minus the occasional set that does not remember they are in a multifamily dwelling but that comes with apartment living. I miss the light and airy floorplan with all the great storage and large rooms. I also miss having the gorgeous pool as a wonderful place to relax. wish I could find a place like this where I am now.

My windows get ice on the INSIDE of the apartment in the winter and management refuses to do anything about this. With a newborn baby we had to literally tape up cardboard boxes on the windows to attempt to keep the cold out. When I complain to management they say all the units are like this. But my unit was the only one with ice visible on the OUTSIDE of the apartment. Ice inside and out and I continued to complain, management then blamed the fact that my apartment was "too warm". I could never recommend these apartments to anyone. I wish there was a way for me to post pictures of the ice and water damage in my apartment here.
