Property Ratings at EASTLAND HILLS APARTMENTS
They'll sweet talk you to apply and grab non-refundable application fee which is used for nothing..and then run a bs background check and ask for 1 month rent as deposit..We basically lost $82 on application..and was rude when asked about how long it takes..800+ credit scores mean nothing, they have no resources do a real background check.. While others in business offer same/next day move-in these resourceless geniuses take 7- 10 days..what a joke.. AVOID..
Love bugs everywhere and Silver Fish infestation. The toilets leak, water heater sucks and maintenance just turns the off water without informing people in the building. Dog crap everywhere and full dog waste bins. Trash is over flowing almost all of the time from the dumpsters and there is garbage all over the grounds that doesn’t get picked up. They make you pay for garbage pick up service. Kids yelling and running around the complex late at night. This is probably just the drunk neighbors I had and not an issue for everyone. Super old appliances- refrigerator broke and took them forever to replace. Parking sucks for guests or additional cars Stair cases are literally crumbling. Upon moving in the place was FILTHY. The overhead light in the bedroom keeps burning out and requires a really odd size bulb that is hard to find. the fan is cheep and loud. Renovation was done in the apartment above and they didn’t hook the dishwasher up correctly which lead to flooding in my apartment. Maintenance came by found the leak and didn’t clean up anything. I broke the leak bubble open so it wasn’t a constant drip forever and could dry out. The guest bathroom was leaking black sludge (not human waste thankfully) out of the wall where the water feeds in to the toilet. Maintenance fixed this but just left the plate off and called it good. I sent an emails and never got a reply at all. Only pros are they have bigger bedrooms and more square footage than other apartment options. The grounds look good from far away.
From the first time I came to talk to the office staff about an apartment here I have felt at home. Esby, Jay and Katie are wonderful and do an awesome job. The apartment is great, lots of room, new appliances and great layout. The grounds are taken care of very well and the maintenance staff is always friendly. I'm very pleased with living here.
My apartment community is (1) very beautiful (2) well maintained (3) has a sense or peace (4)a calm and safe atmosphere (5) a place where professionals can be proud to call home (6) the maintenance department is superior to any of any other complex.
