Property Ratings at Easton North Apartments
For starters apartment has mice, roaches , spiders, broken wood cabinets , toured up walls , lifted up tiles , & mold , Leasing manager is very DISRESPECTFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL talks to people the way she wants to and LIES about everything DO NOT trust the leasing manager , maintenance DO NOT do there job you call 24 in advance for any issues in your apartment they either never show up or everything is rushed and half fast HIGHLY RECOMMEND looking somewhere else unless you want to deal with a lot of stress
There is a rat infestation in this apartment . We are stuck in a lease we have a new born and 3 year old daughter the maintence won’t do anything about it

The Oxford Reality rental management is very poor, not explaining the lease terms well. Initially they say one thing and they rip you off if you vacate the apartments. Rental office associates poor in language and talking to the tenants. Even thought I lived here for many years in this apartment, gave two months ahead notice and they charged totally 3 and half months payment and put me in the situation like I have to payback. Think multiple times before accepting your lease in this community. While you moving they say all attractive words. Not recommended if you are looking for a peaceful exit from an apartment community.
I live in Easton north and this is the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. For the starters, here we have a laundry room with water all over the floor and u r lucky if not electricuted. There will be power and water outages often and no one will answer the apartment emergency number, but u can try 20-30 times and try ur luck though! So stay away guys!
Staff is horrible, yells at customers as if they were children. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Find a better value else where. The apartments are old and never updated, heating/cooling costs are very expensive.
Horrible staff. AC never works. google has a better review which I missed to check before moving here about the AC.it never brings down the humidity or the temp but it works fine as per the apartment management or maintenance as they can see the outdoor unit running. Please stay away this place!!!
