With its emerald green landscape and breathtaking mountain views, Clackamas provides a scenic alternative to living in Portland, which sits less than 10 miles to the northwest. Clackamas is located along the Clackamas River and borders Mt. Talbert Nature Park, a great place to go hiking. Other nearby parks include Riverside County Park, 3 Creeks Natural Area, North Clackamas Park, and Clackamas River Scenic Waterway. The stunning Mt. Hood -- and the vast Mt. Hood National Forest is only about 30 miles east of Clackamas, providing outdoor adventures like backpacking, camping, skiing, hiking, and exploring historic sites.
While you may be considering renting an apartment in Clackamas as a great location for commuting (it is, after all, bordered by I-295), this large community is truly live-work-play, home to Camp Withycombe, Sunrise Business Park, and the Fred Meyer Distribution Center.

Property Ratings at Easton Ridge
We’ve been here for a bit over a year. At first the process was a bit infuriating due to the lack of speed of all the processing needing and such. Once everything was finally settled and we moved in we’ve had nothing but a great experience! School bus stop for the kids is literally across the street, the apartments are nice and rather quiet. I do gotta say that the parking situation is a bit of a hazle if you’ve got more than 1 car, but with a little patience it works. Joanne at the office is the one that makes me write this though. She is always ready to help with a smile and a great attitude!! Every time we go to the office for anything she makes us all feel like family since she has seen our youngest grow up since we moved in. I would just say that the 5th star would just require better maintenance response (yes, I’m taking into account COVID restrictions), and maybe try to accommodate families with more than 1 car.
My experience with Easton Ridge has been amazing. Joanne was the one who helped assist me with my leasing process and she made things so easy and simple. Which as a single mom of 3 was such a blessing. She even made sure the kids were entertained the whole time so I could successfully fill out all the necessary paperwork needed. She would call and update me on the progress of the application and let me know what other documents they needed to complete it. Then to top it off they offered me an even better deal for a little bigger apartment and on ground level which again such a relief for this single mom of 3. So thank you Joanne for all your kindness and being so through i appreciate you and all that you do!
Ick and terrible choose elsewhere! I used to live here and dissatisfied no question!
We went to apply probably at the end of September, took them probably until last Wednesday to help us. They never call you back when they say they will. And when you call them asking they almost never have any answers. And they ask you to lie on your applications and sign paperwork that you don’t need to. It’s not worth the paperwork and issues for a cheaper rent, even when you’re patient. We didn’t even get to view the property or meet the main manager.
I met a very nice leasing agent that has guided us through this entire process and was very paitent with us during the application process Now I am for sure knowing this place is defenitly worth the money and I am excited to reside at this place as our number was pulled If your looking for a great place to rent THIS IS THE PLACE it is worth getting your name on the wait list
When I moved here renovations were under way and things felt chaotic. But once everything was done, what a difference! I ended up with a completely new kitchen, including new cupboards, appliances and lighting fixture. I love that my unit contains a washer/dryer, and there is a nice swimming pool my granddaughters love to use when they visit me during the summer. I'm less than 5 minutes from the mall and movie theaters, and my favorite yarn store. Can't beat that!
The office staff is rude and doesn't care about their residents. The hot tub never works, even though it's supposed to be open year round. The pool was ice cold when it was open during the summer. The fitness center is really out of date and the office hours are inconvenient if you want to use it. The paths are really poorly lit and flood when it rains. The parking policy is awful; there's very limited parking and anyone who doesn't have a pass (which is only available to pick up during office hours) gets towed, even if it's your guest in your spot. The doors of some of the garages that residents can pay extra to use are locked closed by a large rough hole (like someone took a hammer to the door) and a chain and padlock. The only good thing about this place is the size of the apartment. Do yourself a favor and rent a place somewhere else.
You have a very nice apartment complex and it is located in an excellent area. Close to shopping for whatever a person would need.
The apartments are VERY nice in all aspects but one, people on a fixed income/disabled can,t afford to get in. That being said, my wife and I REALLY wish we could get in to one of properties because of the livability and locations of the properties. if you can get into ANY of these properties it is well worth trying to do so.
