Though Boise is home to over 200,000 residents, the city still feels like one of the country’s best-kept secrets. As the state capital of Idaho, Boise’s downtown district is filled with grandiose government buildings and historic storefronts, offering an eclectic mix of international restaurants, specialty shops, and entertainment venues. This city features a thriving arts scene with local gems like the Boise Art Museum, the museum’s seasonal Art in the Park festival, and the historic Egyptian Theatre.
This city features an array of excitement, but it’s also a relaxing suburbia that’s perfect for families. Excellent public schools and Boise State University call this capital city home, along with kid-friendly fun like the Zoo Boise and the Discovery Center of Idaho.

Property Ratings at Easton Village
Hands down the WORST apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. STAY AWAY!! They are greedy and will charge you $250 for a $60 cleaning fee, and charge $882 to replace the carpet that we moved in with. They charged us just under $1300 to move out. Easton Village lied to us about the fee for patching and painting holes in the wall and told us do not patch the holes or paint and that Kenny wants to do it his way. So we didn’t and they charged us 60$. Truly a greedy company. We lived on the second floor and could barely sleep from the neighbors below and above us. Between the barking dogs and the blasting music. The neighbors have junk everywhere on the patio area and looks trashy. There’s never parking spots unless you want to pay for it and still get a parking spot far away from your apartment. Nobody picks their dogs poop up and the construction makes the area hard to access. The front desk is a joke too, they don’t know what’s going on and won’t get anything done that is asked. I would highly recommend you save your money and stay away from this awful complex.

Hello! Unfortunately when damages are above the normal wear and tear Idaho Fair Housing allows us to bill it back to the tenants. Feel free to call the office and I can go over the charges with you.
I applied for an apartment and got approved the next day. Then, 2 weeks later I was moved in. I don’t have much negative stuff to say about the apartments! It is on the corner of two roads so sometimes the car traffic is loud, but it’s not that bad. On the south side of the complex, you’ll find the Brogan Apartments. That’s where most of the noise comes from. I must say there are two big negatives. First, you are required to pay for one carport, it is something you cannot get out of. Personally, i didn’t care for a carport, but i still pay $25 a month for one. Secondly, there are only 3 dog trash cans and bag dispensers. 3 is a great number for a small complex, but on the east side, there isn’t one close to the buildings. Overall, i don’t mind the apartments. I do wish they weren’t raising the rent prices by over $100, but that’s just what you have to deal with sometimes!
Apartments are nice but management sucks. They recently raised the price of rent (during the pandemic) also are charging for carports for god knows what reasoning. They are not worth the price that they are charging, all apartments also have a rotten smell coming from the water heater. Will not be renewing our lease. Table rock property management is bs.
Management has helped in every step of the process to find a home for my mother and I, perfect place to move into and the process was seamless. Thank you management team!
Steer clear of this place. Too many issues to list them all in a review. Emma the Community Manager is awful. She has the worst customer service out of anyone I've ever dealt with. She does not take ownership for any issues even when they are on her or her staff's side. Upon moving out we were hit with excessive charges for carpet cleaning, painting, and unit cleaning after living in the unit for less than 30 days. There are much better options in the area. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

We apologize for your experience Brian, unfortunately when you moved into the apartment home in March 2020 the carpets and apartment were professionally cleaned. Once receiving possession back of the apartment home after residing in it for 2 months, we provided pictures to you by email of your apartment after you vacated which was provided as proof and reason for the cleaning. We have also been working diligently on sending over the invoices that we paid to have the apartment cleaned and carpet cleaned by a professional vendor so that you are able to match the cost that was paid to your move out charges. We always want to make sure that each apartment is completely clean and ready for the next resident that moves in! According to the lease agreement that you signed upon move in, we reserve the right to charge for an apartment clean and a carpet clean upon vacating, if the apartment is not cleaned adequately when possession is returned. We did appreciate your residency here at Easton Village and wish you the best of luck! Again, we do apologize for this experience and wish it could have ended on a better note. Thank you for your feedback and we will work on trying to better communicate charges at move out, thank you Brian. Easton Village Management
The new management people are very nice, friendly and easy to work with. The maintenance guy, Jeff, is also pretty great and they definitely care about us as renters. Only been here 2 months and have loved every minute! Thank you for making my adjustment to apartment living so easy! =O)
I moved in to these apartments April 10th 2019 and the day I moved in I noticed the dryer in the apartment did not work. I reported this to the office and I did not have a working dryer until the last week of May. First they had the construction people take a loot to make sure the outlet was working (which it was) and then they said they needed the dryer people to come in. I waited about a week for that to happen and then after that is when it got really bad. The dryer people needed a specialist to come in which was fine. They let the office know and it was up to them to get someone there. A week had past and I heard nothing from anyone. I reached out again and they said they would get on it. It continued to not be fix and at this point I was very frustrated. I had had no communication and when I went in again they said that they sent someone over and they had fixed it but no one had ever come to my apartment since the dryer people. They said they "must have sent them to the wrong apartment" which is a convenient excuse. During that discussion I had requested a $200 rent deduction and Kyle in the office stated he thought that would be fair. Finally after a month of what felt like pulling teeth they got someone over and it was fixed. Then I did not get the deduction. It is now July 31st and I had talked to Kyle, Randi and their boss Lindsy all of whom have been very noncompetitive. I have reached out many times via email at this point and the one response I gt from Kyle and Randi was that they could only give me $50. Lindsy said she would look into it and I have emailed her multiple times for an update and she either says she is still looking into it or she just doesn't reply at all. I have now had issues with the fridge and the apartments were very cheaply built and the area around my apartment always smalls like weed but I have not brought any of this to the office because they have made it very clear they are very lazy and unwilling to help or even talk. Randi was very very rude when she spoke to me she was completely belligerent and unprofessional. I have never seen a place that was run so terribly in my life.
