Property Ratings at Eastside 1256
Very nice staff. Laronna went above and beyond to help me get the lease which says a lot about how they treat their residents here. I've had no problems since I moved in. My dishwasher broke and they were quick to replace it with a new one. Any questions I have they always answer them. Both the ladies in the office are just great. And also they pay for someone to come in and clean the building every single day. I love that they care about keeping the place clean ??
I called in to East Side to ask about availabilities and a possibility to view a unit. I was informed by the woman in the office that nothing was available. The listing on Apartments.com says “Call for Rent” so I asked what a typical one-bed/one-bath costs and she informed me that they would have to know my income to be able to tell me what the rent would cost. That was no surprise to me because that is typical for low-income rentals. However, her tone was harsh and cold and, when I asked for more info on the income scale and how to qualify for it, she repeated that they would have to know my income to be able to tell me any information. She did not offer to set up an appointment or tell me how to start an application or offer any help. I asked for more information a couple times and tired to move forward towards getting something helpful (how to apply, when a unit might be available, what’s the general income scale), but she kept telling me that they would have to know my income and she can’t give me the info. All in an aggravated tone and without offering any help. I started to feel like I was begging. From her tone and words, I felt that she did not want me to rent there and was annoyed that I even called. The call only lasted a couple minutes, but I hung up feeling confused, frustrated and degraded. If the office manager’s dismal social skills are any indication of how they treat their residents, I would not want to live here. Maybe this place is newer and has the latest upgrades, but that means little when you are treated with disregard.
I would recommend this apartment community because the staff/management are courteous, professional, and just plain pleasant to interact with.
Many of the people in my building leave trash and litter in the hallways, elevator and parking lot. I love my apartment and the management team but a lot of the tenants are rude and disrespectful.

I would recommend this apartment community because it it well kept and the apartments are very nice and spacious.
The appliances are up to date . The building is so nice .
It's not a safe family environment. And I kind of felt overcharged in the end of the LAST MONTH. They should of charged me for exactly 10 days. Not a hole halfs rent. When my lease ORIGINALLY ended on April 4th and my last day was April 14th. because I renewed my lease but I changed my mind after realizing it wasn't family safe. They charged me a hole 424 out of my regular 848 rent. I think they just wanted to make more money of off me. I don't think that was right. But hey I guess..
Some people are not good residents because some have doges and they poop inside. And when the dogs poop outside no one picks it up. Plus I smell smoke in my apartment.
The manager was really friendly and helpful. He made us felt very comfortable when assisting us and showed us the layout apartment.
I love my apartment I will love for my sister and daughter to get an apartment with east side apartment it's very nice home rooms are nice size it's updated beautiful you have everything you inside your unit or in the building
People in General don't appreciate when they have it good especially in a brand new apartment. I don't like what I have seen going on or hear to much drama unwanted guests hanging out in hallways fighting and arguing couples.
It is a very nice clean community know kind of violences where policemen have to come to.l will recommend friends and family to this community.
Cops here all the time. No respects anyone. Always loud. Sure this apartment is super nice but they neglect the one accords from it. Management sucks and they don’t care.
I would (and have), heartily recommend the East Side Apt.s to friends because of it's first-rate management team; considerate residents; well maintained facilities; and comprehensive extra-curricular amenities.
I would recommend this apartment to family and friends because it has security in here cameras of course.
I have already told a friend who needed a place a one bedroom he said he contacted Eastside apartments and there was none available
