nice place to live and requests are taken care of within a reasonable time frame.
I currently rent here. It’s the worst ever. It’s o my gotten worse as well. They never return calls or emails. They are never around. My building is a nasty mess. Mice all the time. Call to have them come and Never do. It’s not safe you have 10 people hanging out side at 2am. No matter the cops called they do it anyway. Don’t rent here. Not worth the price.
Well, I love the kitchen with updated appliances. I mean for the rent price I pay it is affordable. Would not because other residents smoke weed. It is in the hallways always lingering and the carpet of the hallways needs to be replaced.
I would love to check out the property but after one email and 3 phone calls within a week; no return calls. Nothing. If that's how they treat potential renters, I'd only imagine it would be a nightmare once you got in. i.e. no maintenance, no "live" person to talk to should an emergency come up, no nothing. Either the property doesn't care or they need to get a new property manager/receptionist; whoever is suppose to return inquires from potential renters.
