my apartment is breaking in two, I applied to the office for another apartment and they say they are not available, but I have seen that they are accepting applications for new residents, there is roach infestation, I requested fumigation and they did not come to fumigate.

The facilities are very nice, it is a comfortable place to live, unfortunately the administrative staff lacks a lot, if the manager is not good, everything else will not be good, I am not criticizing or offending anyone simply, I comment on what I have seen, since I have no problem with anyone,

Parking is horrible at night, neighbors are loud until 4 am, people are loud during the day, theres trash all over the grounds, its sketchy to walk around alone, neighbors are rude, people drive through super fast

I live in this apartment 3 years and I liked it but they decided to renovate buildings and now it’s a problem. They work outside early doing roof and other stuff so you can’t sleep. And workers occupied most of parking spots so you can’t find parking at all if you come home in the evening. I pay for covered parking and I have to tow other cars from my spot. I can’t wait my move out date!!!((( By the way my car was hit and run by someone at night at this property

Ok, Let me see where to start, I've been living here for quite a while at least 9 years and they always act like they will better the place but lack very much in that department. First off I'll start with this ( Letting dogs poop in playground) and staff really not caring for this. I complained 3 times and it seemed not to really matter the only thing they said was what kind of dog was it and we think we know who is the owner and we will take care of it, and that was that nothing else was done. Second they always have the pool closed most of the time because, well I guess it's to much to keep it clean and staff really don't have time for this. Third they don't really clean the property up with these people that don't care to put notices up for parties and their drunkards and leave beer bottles every where. Fourth the parking really suck no where to really park for residents because well these people here either have cousins and family living here with 3-5 cars per house hold. Fifth really no security I mean they have made an effort to bring them in once in awhile so I give the staff credit, but they don't stay long. This has been going on since 2008, so maybe 3 at the most they've had. Sixth there is a huge pot hole in our parking lot that has been there for I don't know how long that they care not to fix. Seventh there has been murders here before and theft which brings me back to "you would think they would hire security." And last but not least staff has no time to answer phone calls through out the whole day, cause they are "oh just to busy" so please leave your name and number and we'll get back with you asap, which they really don't and which is inconvenience for disabled people. So yup with all this being said I will be packing my bags and soon moving to some place that residents do count. Oh yeah and did I mention they have been fixing that so called security gate since 2008 with still no results.
This place is the worst apartment complex! There are tons of illegal immigrants playing LOUD music in the parking lots daily. They drink and yell and leave beer cans and trash EVERYWHERE. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The walls are paper thin and maintenance may as well be non-existent when it’s time to make repairs. The garbage dumpsters overflow regularly and there is no recycling on site. This apartment complex is unsafe at night. There is crime and drug dealing, child abuse and women screaming regularly. I have even heard gun shots at this aparment. Stay away!!!!!
These apartments are pretty affordable and have nice floor plans. Close to everything including shops, schools, groceries store, and more! The negative... Parking at night at 7pm, forget about it. On weekends the apartments get pretty nasty. Residents like to drink outside next to there cars and litter alcohol cans, bottles throughout the community.
