I have been happy here at East view, residents and staff all nice. Upstairs neighbors are the only people we have heard make loud noise like the are rolling a barrel. Other than that, love the area, the pool, and the roof top

I have been living here since it has first opened and just to sum things up, it’s not as luxury as you think. They will take your money . Please keep your receipts even from a year ago as I had to pay money out of my pocket because they have changed managers and had no Idea or clue where the money went. I have 3 kids and to say I was behind for 3 months last year but never received a notice or an email or a call is really crazy to me. Me and a few tenants are in the same boat here and will be taking action as she was ripped out of over $3,000.

Shame on EastView! I could not think there would be this serious NOISE INSULATION PROBLEM in this latest and luxury apartment which the leasing office of the EastView they called. It is hard to me to understand how and why this apartment has been approved by the city of L.A. despite having such serious NOISE INSULATION PROBLEM. What kind of materials they used and how did they build so that it make the noise I have never heard and feel in any other apartments I have lived? I have lived in the U.S. for nearly 25 years, but I have never experienced an apartment with this kind of noise problem in any other places. When we sleep, we can hear all the sound of walking in the hallway with heels. The sound of closing the corridor door also sounds very loud. I can clearly hear the sound of stomping around upstairs. I could know where they are walking and I can roughly guess where they are now in their unit. In the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening and even at dawn, the noise never stops. They have woke us up late at night and at dawn by stomping sound they have made on the floor.

I was hoping to love this place.....but the floors are so thin, I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does. It sounds like she is stomping around when in fact she isn't. I can hear her put a cup down and even turn on a light switch when it is totally quiet at night. I asked if the place was well insulated and of course I was told it was.....LIES ! Wine and beer bottles on the rooftop all the time. The rooftop tv remote has been missing since I've moved in and I had mentioned it to the leasing office a day after moving in because my cable wasn't installed yet and 3 weeks later....NOTHING ! Dog poop and trash left around. Nobody picks up after themselves. The maintenance guy is a blessing . Everything else you are going to have to constantly ask, beg and remind the leasing office to do or it wont get done. Its really a shame that a brand new building can go down so fast and cost so much at the same time.
