Steeped in history and unique culture, Baltimore is among America’s most culturally-rich cities. Centuries spent as a major port city have contributed to a diverse mix of influences, resulting in the eclectic range of food and art found in Baltimore today. The relatively compact layout of the city makes life a bit easier for pedestrians and cyclists — it also means that, even though the city is home to over 600,000 people, it retains the feel of a much smaller community. The city’s neighborhoods display a huge degree of variety, ranging from rowhouses to high-rise apartments to charming suburban subdivisions.
It’s an excellent city for sports fans, with the Orioles and the Ravens representing Baltimore in the big leagues. The arts community is quite active in Baltimore as well, largely thanks to the Maryland Institute College of Art and the huge Artscape festival that draws thousands every May.

Property Ratings at EastView on the Avenue
I moved in EastView Station in April 2017 and I have really enjoyed my home. I was reluctant to move in the area, but to my surprise, the neighbors are pleasant and there is not a lot of riff raff to worry about. My apartment is exterminated on a regular cycle, so I do not have any rodent or roach problem - plus I keep a clean house so I am not feeding the rodents or roaches to contribute to the problem. When I call the office to report maintenance, Mr. Ernie always response fast and he is always in a good mood. The office staff makes you feel comfortable when conducting business with them - you don't find that in a lot of places. Because I am so pleased with my home, I have already referred 2 of my friends so they can apply. Great Job EastView! You rock.

Found this place last minute on Craig's List last year and despite living in a supposedly "decent" setting I've experienced a year of terror! The complexes are crawling with mice and roaches! I've even seen roaches crawling on the grounds of the establishments outside! I've spoken with the leasing office numerous times through calls and being there in person (when they decide they are available) and they don't do anything about it! Took an eternity for them to get maintenance to fix my broken garbage disposal, the poorly constructed doors on a closet, and a leaking pipe that's been like that since I moved in! I'm still waiting for them to fix a broken burner and, of course, I've been waiting since I moved in. The ladies in the office are more concerned about personal indulgences than getting an occupant's complaints in at that moment and getting them fixed ASAP. Believe me don't waste your time and money. This place is horrible. I wish I never moved here.
Rental office is always closed, MICE ARE EVERYWHERE!!!! the places look nice BUT the mice are just terrible! We aren't from here and we should've NEVER moved here!
