I live at east wood crossing apartments and I have placed several work orders to the office and have not received any response and the work orders have said completed on the app which is absolutely not true. My electric bill every month is 200+ dollars because my hot water is constantly running and they have not fixed the leak. My sliding doors are off track and air seeps through because there is a large gap in the doors. The hallways are always disgusting because no one cleans them. People have stolen my clothes from the laundry room and I also never heard anything back from the office. Someone got shot right in front of the apartment building and I do not feel safe because the outside door does not lock the laundry room always has homeless people in it when I go to wash clothes. Maintenance never comes back when they do come. I don’t know who needs to see this message but I’m fed up with this property.
I would never live at this complex again. I would find at least 15 cockroaches per day, it takes them months to fix any issues, and the apartments themselves are poorly built and maintained. None of the laundry machines on the complex worked, the windows and doors do not seal, there were literal holes in floorboards and cabinets, the hallways were covered in trash, and there was broken glass almost everywhere in the parking lots. Not to mention, cars get broken into and stolen nearly every night, gunshots can be heard everywhere, and the entire complex reeks of weed. The cheap rent may sound good, but it is not worth it. So glad that we were able to move out.
My apartment flooded with sewage for 3 months, over 20 times and nobody offered me any help. My belongings got damaged I had to relocate to a hotel for a few days due to no working bathroom, I asked about compensation several times and was not offered anything. Rats, mice, roaches EVERYWHERE. They were here when I moved in. Was offered no help with that either and had to get rid of them myself. Requested compensation for my exterminating expenses as well and offered nothing. Mold in my kitchen even got sick from it and still offered nothing. Taking them to court for sure.
This apartment has bugs and rats everywhere. They even have burnt carpets everywhere. I do not! Recommend this apartment .
This place is TERRIBLE. No one here is even remotely nice. Also, this place is not safe. I hear gunshots almost every night. Maintenance here is terrible and this place is disrepair. Also, crime is very high here. I would not recommend living here even if it was free.

New management Is no better than before please don’t believe that there have been changes made just because they say new management has changed because it still poorly managed. the grounds here are terrible they only cut the grass on the outskirts but once you go inside of the apartments the grass is high up to your knees. dog poop everywhere the trash is filled to the top bags of trash are all around the dumpster and then they only dump the trash seems like once a month. the dumpster will sit there filled to maximum capacity for weeks before it Is empty. Then there is only two dumpster locations for the entire complex. People drive with trash bags on there car because there is no dumpster near by. maintenance is a joke heat don’t work in the winter air don’t work in the summer they only do temporary fixes nothing is ever completely fixed. They say there is security but they can’t pay for that so you never see them. I asked groundskeeper why the dumpster hasn’t been dumped for 2 weeks he said because the office hasn’t paid them. That’s why there is also a mice infestation because they don’t properly manage the trash. Then when it gets hot outside fly’s are everywhere I mean by the hundreds because of the trash not being dumped. The grass is just ridiculous. Even when they do cut it it’s only in particular areas and it’s still high. I can go on and about this place I just don’t have the time. So to sum it up just go elsewhere!

Yes I’m going to be spreading the word that this environment is very nasty , very unprofessional, don’t care about tenants && ignore concerns for weeks at a time ! I will be going to court which I feel like I should especially after 2 weeks and I didn’t sign a lease for roaches and bed bugs I also have videos of dead ants around and ants crowing around all of this is on video I will definitely be making a review !

I would not recommend Eastwood Crossings for a place to live unless you don't mind paying high rent and living in a home where nothing gets fixed or it takes months to get fixed. Also, beware that the property was sold in July 2021 and rent prices went up January 2022. However, the quality of the property went down. Not to mention the property is about to get sold again which means rent will probably be raised again and still nothing will get fixed.

I have lived here for 11yrs and I only stay because of the school district. This place is unorganized and unprofessional. Over these past couple of years the service has gone down . The new management team is nice but nothing is getting completed that needs to be done. It's nice you all are doing cosmetic work to the place. But the follow up and communicate with your office is very poor. There are other things that needs to be fixed that have been neglected because of poor oversight and patchwork.

I made an appointment for a viewing and drove all the way there after work only to be told that they do not have any units available. "It's been a crazy day" and "she should've called you" were the excuses. Who "she" was I do not know but seems like this place is poorly ran.

Notorious for taking and "misplacing" application fees. I thought my friends were joking when they said Eastwood Crossings tends to misplace payments. I recently applied to move into the complex, went home to fill out the form and turn in the money order THE SAME DAY! I had got approved to move in... a week later they stated that all the units were taken. Received a call the next day asking if I had ever put in my application fee... and they can't find any trace of my money order. I cannot move in, or even put back on the list because they "misplaced" my application fees. 0/0 & I hadn't even moved in

This is the worse apartment complex I have ever stayed in. PLease don't move here. The maintenance sucks, there are two pools that are still currently not open in the beginning of august. There's a wasp nest in my apartment building that they was informed about in January that's still there. I have never saw the apartment building get cleaned at all. I hate it here!!

I have been living here for almost a year. When I first rented the apartment I was told that new management had just taken over.... I was told that the front gate was currently being repaired... 12 months later the gate is still broken. Cars are constantly being broken into. There are little to no security cams. Washer and dryer that are in the building are hardly working. Takes a couple times to dry. There are mice everywhere. I have a dog who CONSTANTLY catches them. There are two leaks in my ceiling causing water damage and mold. After contacting the office they sent out repair man who said, "Its a leak from the AC duct work, nothing can be done about it right now." So im right now im dealing the 'popcorn coating' on the ceiling falling onto the carpet. The front door to my apartment was broken with glass EVERYWHERE for 2.5 weeks before something was finally done. The front desk ladies are very friendly, but obviously most of these issues are out of their control. This has been a terrible expereience. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I've been living here for about 4 years now we got new owner of apartments complex . I use to love living here until the new company took over the lease agent are so rude and disrespectful to the resident in the office eveytime I come in there have wait like 5 min before I'm even spoken too they just be having their little side conversation looking dead at me like I'm not there or what their talking about is more important then assistance residents.. What really bother me is fact that I have this old appliances old as cabinets in my apartment and offices is getting full make over with expanse future ..why fitness center has old equipment in as well I'm so over this place I can wait move

These apartments price like airplane tickets. My cousin, my fiance's sister and I all live in a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. The prices the three of us pay range almost $100 for the same size and style apartment. The head manager is never in office, the apartment office staff always have different answers to questions, the policies are different depending on who you talk to, and the maintenance rarely fixes anything unless there is physical damage to the apartments. They refused to give us our initial walk through, even after four months of asking for one every week. I do not have a gate key (after 15 months of living here), the fitness center is raggedy (only two machines in the whole center work and have all their parts), and the pools are dirty and not open the whole season. The only thing these apartments do right is spray for bugs and keep our packages in office. The apartments themselves are decent in size and comfortable however, the way they are ran makes them overpriced and awful.
