You’d be better living under a rock. If it breaks, they don’t fix it & take zero responsibility for their inability to provide all of these “amenities.”

The apartments are beautifully renovated, the new office staff is really nice and I love the area!
If you are new to Nashville and want a safe and friendly place to live in while you get situated then I highly recommend Eastwood Greene! The amenities like the gym and laundry room are amazing. It's very dog friendly. The staff and maintenance team are very friendly and helpful!
They claim apartments have been newly renovated, it is just a facade. In my apartment the cabinets are rotting under a fresh coat of paint, maintenance dripped paint on floor, the lead maintenance guy, made a poor attempt to clean after having to have come back to clean up his mess. He tried to scrape up the paint with a car key while holding a hand full of stuff trying to leave before finishing service request, it claimed it would not come up and to mark my apartment lease, pure laziness. It took 3 service request to get kitchen drawers fixed, all of the tracks were broken. I had to have a holes in the floor sealed in utility-room with expaning foam, I was having problems with spiders. The HVAC was not functioning when I moved in. I had to have heat fixed first and the A/C, again three service calls to get fixed. Overall the maintenance staff did a very poor job of fixing issues within my apartment. The management always has an excuse for why there are problems, my favorite one is and I quote "We did not do the renovations". Whoever did the renovation disd a poor job and they are way overcharging for what kind of quality you are actually getting. It is not worth the hassel to have to deal with the management and maintenance staff at this place. I DO NOT Recommend.

I moved here when I first came to Nashville because I was basically desperate to find housing, the price seemed reasonable, and the location is awesome. I've had a decent time living here, but I have to say that while the price is decent for the neighborhood it is NOT worth what you get out of the apartments themselves. The remodeling was clearly done pretty haphazardly. I don't use my dishwasher and about two months into living here I noticed a really foul smell coming from it, a few minutes later it started leaking into the kitchen. We called maintenance and they told us that our garbage disposal was installed on the wrong side of the sink and that somehow that was leading to water from one of the sinks draining into the dishwasher. They came back again a few days later because we complained that nothing had been done about this problem. When they came back, all they did was clean out our pipes which was nice of them but also did not solve the problem. I work about 60 hours a week and don't really have time to chase down these problems that are not really mine in the long term anyways. So all year I've just avoided using one side of my sink and run my dishwasher every week or so just to make sure dirty water doesn't collect in it. Even after determining that I wasn't getting my money's worth from these apartments, I was still considering extending my lease because as I said, I work a lot and a new housing search just seems exhausting. BUT I was recently pushed over the edge when I got a call from the leasing office complaining about a small sign I had in my bedroom window that was barely visible from the parking lot. It was a sign that says "welcome" in the seven most spoken languages by Nashvilles immigrant & refugee populations. They told me that if I had a window in the back of the building, I could keep the sign up, but since all my windows face the parking lot, I had to take it down for fear of making the apartments look tacky. It was almost laughable to me since there were multiple semi truck sized dumpsters in this exact same parking lot for the first six months I lived here. There have also been several other major eyesores like the totally broken and unusable dumpster directly in front of my building that was not replaced for weeks. Anyways, I've decided that the effort it takes to move is well worth it.
The amenities listed here are incorrect. Residents are paying for the clubhouse and the gym and courtesy patrol as part of their rent, even though none of them are up and running yet. They were "projected to be up and running" about a month ago, and still aren't. As a single woman living here, the security feature such as the patrol and secure entry were a selling feature for me. These things are not being provided.
Kitchen Drawers don't fit, microwave is crooked, paint spots missing, bathroom air vent doesn't work, air conditioner was broken when I moved in. Spider problems (Had to have exterminator come out twice in six weeks). It's been six weeks since I've been asking for the right kitchen drawers that actually fit the slot. nothing. I have asked the front office six times. nothing. I know my neighbors have had a lot of the same issues with their units. These are fast, cheaply done reno's and they are way overcharging for what kind of quality you are actually getting. I DO NOT Recommend.

My wife and I came to Nashville to just because we loved it when we visited. To be honest we found this place because it was cheap. You definitely get what you pay for. They have made improvements over the years that we have been here, but the crime in the area has gone way up. Just this last week someone got their apartment broken into due to no locks on the windows (that she had asked for from the office repeatedly). We havent had to many issues except seeing a few drug deals go down over the years. Which once again it definitely has gotten better when it comes to that. If you are looking for a place to get started here in Nashville this is the one. But definitely have renters insurance and take precautions to not have anything stolen. They have always fixed anything in a pretty quick manner if it was a "priority".
Moving to Nashville was a leap of faith. I knew one person and didn't have a job. I sent in my deposit without ever seeing my apartment but when I arrived on the property I knew I was in the right place!! I have lived here for 4 years and have no plans of leaving anytime soon!! From a community garden to pickin' parties featuring some of the best local talent, it is the BEST apartment community in east nashville. There is nowhere else I'd rather call home!
