Property Ratings at Eat Street Flat LLC
Who ever listed this rental property has not lived in a decent complex where repairs have been done correctly & in a timely manner w/ o having to call the city. My sister's refrig. is busted up since she moved in, no feature wall painted. Horrible bathrm ceiling leak. One star because I can't choose zero stars.
I lived here for 3 years and there's lots of problems. First once I moved they raised my rent for the studio I had to 100$ more than it was before which is crazy because there was no improvements made at all. Second this is the most NOSIEST apartment building ever!! The floor and walls are so thin I could literally hear my neighbor flush their toilet, people walking and there doors slamming shut. I could hear every person walking through the hallway and every door slamming shut from inside my apartment. Third people have there kids running through the hallways at all different times of the day or late at night and they will go to the windows screaming for hours for the parent to let them in or other kids screaming asking their firend to come out. Fourth maintenance is horrible and most of the mail boxes are broken and don't even lock. Fifth people leave their garbage in the hallway. Sixth which is the worst of all! This place is infested with (Roaches and Mice) in EVERY CORNER !!! Hint: A reason they won't show any pictures of the building from the inside. "Clean, Quiet, Affordable Living" ??? Yeah right more like Dirty, Loud, Overpriced Living....
I lived there for 4 years. Rent was below market. Care was great. Two of my friends moved there too!
The worst apartment I've ever lived in. Bug infested, poor lighting, not, secured, back doors usually broke, Bad staff. I actually have recordings of staff telling us set dates they will come and fix problems and don't come without telling us after we sit waiting for hours. recording of them telling us were bad parents for confronting them in front of are children about not fixing issues they scheduled with us, and saying our problems aren't important they get to them when they can
