Foster City is home to several large corporate offices, but its central location in the Bay Area puts it just minutes away from San Francisco, Oakland, and Silicon Valley, making it a great rental option for commuters—positioned right at the foot of the San Mateo Bridge, even getting to the other side of the bay is easy.
Recreation on the water is quite popular among the locals, with extensive waterways making life easy for boaters and the frequently-windy conditions on San Francisco Bay drawing windsurfers and kite surfers (those who enjoy nice views of the bay but prefer to stay dry can take advantage of the Bay Trail for walking, running, or biking). Public services in Foster City are top notch-- the crime rate here is exceptionally low, and the schools earn excellent marks across the board.

Property Ratings at eaves Foster City
It sits in the heart of beautiful Foster city right next to Ranch 99, restaurants, and lagoons. However, the property itself is old, basic, small, and EXPENSIVE. Every year it increases the rent by skyrocket. I understand it is an expensive location with mostly high income earners but increasing 250$ a year isn't an appropriate way to retain your tenants. I left because of this ridicule rent practice and filthy dirty old apt complex. The tenants come and go, during pandemic months, I see over 30 units being vacant. The office staff are generally nice and easy going, the maintenance team is up on the speed. The parking space is great for more than 2 cars per unit. Other than that, I don't see why paying this much money to stay in a worn out place.
Ok, so we moved in July 2019 and everything was fine till one moment we realized we had RATS in our apartment that literally started destroying everything ( food, kitchen cabinets, our personal staff) not saying that we could get any number of diseases transferred by rats. So we went to the leasing office when we first spotted rat in our apartment. It took them 2 WEEKS to start acting on it. Only after we went there and yelled at them for doing nothing they started to do something. They finally called pest control and it took them another 2 weeks to actually get pest control into our apartment. First time they came one of the managers FORGOT why they called them and sent them back. Long story short, it took them 2 MONTHS to catch one rat. One thing is the pest control guys and maintenance guys from the apartment complex could not agree with each other on methods of catching rats. They were yelling and fighting with each other the whole time we were there. That has made our experience there even worse. So we have moved out and we agreed that management are not going to charge us for any damage caused by rats and now after a month they are calling us and asking to pay for whatever damage was made to the apartment. Honestly if I could leave 0 rating I would. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I would not anyone to move there. They are so many better places around
This is an excellent community to live. The backwaters and lagoons are just outside the door. Perfect livable conditions, most healthy and peaseful environment i ever lived. Big supermarkets/hypermarkets, access to metro bus/rail, salons, food outlets, sports lounges, parks, schools everything that is necessary for a human living is right across the corner. The community gym, swimming pool, laundry room, club houses are very well maintained. Apartment location is in the city and access to all other freeways are quick and easy. I would strongly recommend this community to all human beings thriving to find a perfect location for living.
