claimed to be a fully renovated apartment but things falling apart since move in. maintenance is NOT 24 hrs, they’ll come when they want to come basically. those security gates are a waste because they’ve gone down and for long periods of time. all this but rent keeps increasing by the hundreds within the blink of an eye.
I have run out my patience after more than 6 months of waiting. My request is super simple, just re-assign my car parking lot so that it is anywhere but at the end of parking lot and too far from my apartment. Every one of my neighbor can park right in front of their house except myself. The property manager promised to get it done soon and assured me of this. The staff at office is neither responsive nor accommodative to talk. I have raised several tickets but no response. Staff keeps changing and I have to explain everything from beginning on every single time I talk to them. Sorry, but it's super frustrating, when you can't keep track of this super simple request which is not unique considering this is apartment premises which keeps assigning parking when new owner moves in. It is just a never ending conversation when 35 apartments are empty and on market and I can't get a car parking slot re-assigned.
Be careful while you rent here, two things happen here. Home theft, burglaries, car broke are very common. On top rents increase are skyrocket. Management is a silent listener and always thinks it is ACT of GOD. Please avoid as much you can. Current resident.
Frequent break-ins, irresponsible behavior by management and absolutely no sense of responsibility or ownership held by the management. It’s a good, close knit gated community but too frequent safety concerns!!
In this apartment everyday some incident happens.Lot of thefts happening here.This community is not safe to live.
This is by far the most unsafe community I have ever lived in. In spite of it being gated, there are homeless people walking in and out of the community in broad daylight. There have been a string of burglaries both during the daytime and at night with break in’s, assault and theft. There is absolutely no additional security measures that is being offered by the community headquarters in spite of all these incidences of crime and the rent is ridiculously high. Pathetic place to live in. Some drastic measures need to be taken, unless you want to start losing potential for future tenants.
