Good place like the atmosphere, quiet and tranquility at this place. Neighbors are respectful of each other and never make too much noise. Plus everything is so close by

Its an awesome place to live and all the amenities are amazing. All the events makes us feel a part of the community. The neighborhood is really nice and all the shops are close by.

I have lived here for about 3yrs now and had a great experience in terms of the apartment, amenities and having my issues resolved with management. Wanted to give a special thanks to Andrea and Ashley for helping with signing my lease and the whole process

My resident experience here has been good the past two years. Management is always understanding and goes out of their way. I look forward to any chances they’re going to make in the near future.

This apartment is located perfectly, the only complaints that I have concern the appliances which are extremely cheap for the amount of rent we are paying and the parking garage is an absolute joke.

Its a refreshing community with all the key amenities that no one will be disappointed with the community. So far the best that I have ever experienced

The apartment complex is located in a good location offering many different restaurants and shopping centers at a close distance. Only complain would be people letting their dogs on the elevator and not cleaning up after them

Front office ladies and maintenance staff are very helpful and pleasant. Appreciated and enjoyed the community Halloween party and awareness meetings! Hope there are more ways to engage and connect with staff and tenants!

I love living at a summit at Stonebriar because of all of the staff! All front desk staff has been very helpful and kind with all my issues. Maintance has been very attentive and moving here was ma easy transition. Andrea and Ashley have been so helpful with all my requests. I am very impressed with their leasing skills. I wanted to sign my lease the moment after my tour ended, that is how a tour is done! Great job! I am so happy to be apart of this community.

I would recommend Summit at Stonebriar, there are never any issues. When I put in a work order it is done the next day. The gym is 24/7 which is amazing

I've had a wonderful experience so far and Ashley is so sweet and helpful! She's always there to help with any needs I have. The maintenance keeps the place clean also,which I love.

It has been a very lovely experience being here in this apt complex. Coffee right downstairs, gym open 24/7, big tv in the common area, and everyone is so respectful of their neighbors

I am so happy to be a resident of this great place - it is very clean and well maintained! I truly love the free coffee arrangements- it saves my morning. Leasing agents are very cordial and welcoming !

I really like this apartment complex because it’s so close to a lot of stuff. I can go shopping, see a movie, play mini golf, get my car washed etc all within 5 minutes of this place. And I have to say the maintenance team is second to none here, they respond to requests so quick plus they are super friendly and helpful.

Summit at Stonebriar has been my home for 7 years. In fact, I did the walkthrough of my apartment when it was still under construction. It is the perfect location for shopping, restaurants and activities (Legacy West, The Star, Stonnebriar Mall, The Grandscape). The schools close by have exceptional ratings. The amenities are great especially the resort style pool and the gym is fully equipped.

I have to say this is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The unit we have is amazing, everything was clean and top notch when moving in. Additionally, their staff is constantly on top of things, even answering emails sent on the weekend within minutes

Its awesome place to stay in this apartments. Good amenities and surroundings. Near to walmart, Sam's and most of grocery stores. Built in good location.

A must try place to rent in and around Frisco city. Ideal location with all essentials in the walkable vicinity. Overall a great place to consider for your renting needs

The personnel, services, maintenance, office, and facilities are commendable. However, the children's play area is insufficient in size; it would be beneficial to have a dedicated game room for children to enjoy. Additionally, the proximity of major stores within a one-mile radius and the convenient access to SH-121 are significant advantages for this community.

So far so good, it’s only been one day but I’m really liking it here! Staff and other tenants are friendly, grounds are clean, apartment was fresh and smelled good/clean upon move in. Amenities are nice and it’s a quiet community. My only complaint is that the hall carpets could use a shampoo or just be replaced and the outdoor dumpster looks a little out of control.

Community is clean and friendly. Surroundings are good and everything is reachable in couple minutes. Summit at stonebriar is a Happy place to stay.

Earlier days the community was great and now not maintaining properly. Service request not fixed and marking as completed. You can find dog poop in most of the places

Overall good can be more better if pets owners take control of their pets. Leasing office staff are great and always ready to help. Apartments are good.

It is always a pleasure to leave this site, known for its peaceful and calm atmosphere. Surrounded by amicable individuals, well-maintained facilities, and excellent communication.

So far so good. Everyone is very pleasant and friendly. Andrea and Ashley are amazing. Very helpfull. We will see in the future. Coffee shop is yummy. Makes a difference when you need a boost of energy. Everything is close by. Shopping. Little mall. Like rhe neighborhood a lot. Also the amenities. Hopefully will be able to use the pool and the jym.

I like the new Management. Finally issues are being addressed and with good results. There is now more so and has been a noise problem on the resident halls. It seems they take their parties by their outside doors and talk very loudly in groups for at great lengths. This may be not understood as extremely inconsiderate to some but it’s common sense. If this can be addressed I’m sure I won’t be the only one appreciating raising awareness to this issue. Thank you for the recent email sent out to the tenants. It has been great so far! I love that the lobby and hallways are always maintained clean. The neighbors respect each others space and do not make much noise in the evenings

My family and I were very happy to move to Summit at Stonebriar the front desk people are very helpful and management is very cooperative along with the handy staff..they deliver on their promises..

I really enjoy living here for so many reasons. One reason is the community/building and surrounding areas are well kept. Maintenance team is great and they respond very quickly. I also like the proximity to restaurants, shopping centers and the highways.

It’s been almost 2 years since I’ve moved in and I a very happy with everything so far I’ve never had any problems with my apartment so that makes me happy

Noise from outside is too much. Now-a days maintenance takes lots of days to complete services before it was not the case. May be twice a year community event only before it was once a month.

My resident experience has been good and the people in the leasing office are nice. The one thing that concerns me is the parking garage gates are always broken so that's a safety issue.

Easy move in with lots of help. Everything was so clean and nothing was broken. Extremely friendly staff. Great amenities. Easy access. Completely safe.

This is a very clean community. The coffee shop is quite good and we get free coffee. The pool is clean and kid friendly. Very fast maintenance service

Cool and calm location. Accessibility to many different restaurants, clothing stores, and groceries. Easy access to the toll and library is close by

I greatly enjoy living at Summit At Stonebriar. I love the pool as I swim daily. The front office/leasing staff are great! Sometimes there are no pool balls or cues therefore you cannot play pool.

The security has gotten better , gates are not broken at this ( 7/1 ) Still some areas within the building have pee smell from the dogs urinating in the building . Carpets need to be vacuumed on a regular basis

Clean and nice neighborhood. Everything is near by for all age group. It’s a Great location. Indoor garage option is the best in this Texas heat.

Apartments are nice. Staff is available when supposed to be. Great location access to multiple shops and high ways. The streets are very walkable if you wanted/needed to get somewhere.

Friendly and clean Environment in the community. New paintings look more lively and more natural appearance in the Apartment. Cool and colorful art in the community common areas.

From last few months we are having awful experience. The pet of one neighbor who resides on top of our apartment pees in our patio. Have informed so many times to management but no improvement.

Apartment is great. Great location and great staff. Only problem is people do not know how to pick up their pets poop. The poop is everywhere.

Have been living here one year and have no complaints currently. It is a very clean and calm community. I like how I don’t have to travel for coffee since there is a coffee shop downstairs

I have been seeing many good things happening here at Summit at Stonebriar. They are painting the hallways and cleaning up the property. I have been here 5 years and enjoy my home here; I especially like that they are now making improvements.

Really a great place for living. Near to Sam’s, Walmart , Tom Thomas, Andy’s, Indian groceries, Total wine and etc. Good maintenance and a very good staf .
