Property Ratings at Echo Station Apartments
I have resided at Echo Station for over 5 years and would not live anywhere else in Bell County. It is a quiet community. Also, I enjoy the monthly events that the staff provides.
Property Manager at Echo Station Apartments, Responded To This Review
Hi, thank you for the feedback! The best reviews are from the long term residents such as yourself. We really appreciate you and hope you continue to enjoy your home at Echo Station.
I just moved in here about a month ago. You can see that they make improvements to the property regularly to keep it looking nice and the management has been great to work with. Everything that I have needed, they have went above and beyond to help me with. So far i'm glad this is where I decided on.

Hello! Our team puts the utmost care into every interaction with our residents, so we cannot thank you enough for noticing our efforts! We hope you'll continue to enjoy yourself here at Echo Station for a long time to come, and if there's anything we can do to elevate your stay in any way, feel free to let us know! - The Team at Echo Station
These apartments are great place to live. It's just a short drive from dining, banking, shopping, or fitness training, and the neighborhoods around it are very quiet. All the neighbors are so respectful and kind. The grounds (including the pool and common area) are well kept, the staff is friendly and very helpful, and maintenance is swift in resolving any issues that may arise. This apartment complex provides the feel of a pricier and high quality apartment lifestyle, at a much more affordable rate - the best of both worlds.
Management and maintenance are awesome! We've lived here for 3+ years and don't plan to move any time soon! I've put in very few maintenance requests, but when I have, it has been fixed within 24 hours every time. The only downside to Echo Station is that they don't have a fitness center, so we just go to a local gym. But most apartments in the area with gyms don't have a great selection of equipment anyways, so it was worth it to us!
I lived in the apartments for 4 years and had many issues that would not be addressed.
I had been looking in the Temple area, I was in need of a wheelchair friendly area, and I friend had told me about Echo Station. I was working with a place who's ID of ADA friendly was 3 steps and that was B4 the door. At Echo the staff wants to go out of their way to make a person feel welcomed. I am a retired disabled vet from the Vietnam era and we do not get that kind of treatment often. Thank you very much, Echo of Temple. More to come.
