Now you probably won’t catch many people turning in early in Downtown Huntsville. It’s one of the city’s most active neighborhoods – everyone’s out having a great time. Even though it’s right near Interstate 565, locals prefer the city shuttle for their daily commutes around Huntsville. Eclipse Apartment Residences is a great place to call home. The location is perfect! Big Spring Park is right across the street where many events occur each month. The art museum and the Propst arena are also within easy walking distance. This is a very walkable area in Huntsville and full of many things to do. There are lots of great restaurants. The amenities at Eclipse are nice. There is a well-equipped fitness center and attractive pool. Pets are welcomed. Eclipse is definitely an apartment community to consider as home.

Just recently moved in and we are loving it! I love how they keep us updated on events within our own complex and all the extra amenities as in pool table, shuffle board etc. Everyone has been super nice and Its really great how they keep all the neighbors connected and the location is quite amazing in itself!! The building is absolutely beautiful, and my overall experience has been wonderful so far. Although there was a minor issue with the original unit I was supposed to move into on my scheduled date, October 30, the staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They made sure I had a unit ready on time, and their effort did not go unnoticed. I want to give a special shoutout to Beth, who was incredibly helpful and made the process so much smoother with her kindness and professionalism. The layout of the building can be a bit confusing, and even after a few weeks, I’m still learning my way around. However, it’s been incredibly quiet and peaceful here, which I’ve enjoyed. I haven’t met many neighbors yet, but I’m looking forward to the summer when the pool becomes a hub for socializing. It seems like a great place to meet more people and build a sense of community.

They keep the common area and the pool very clean (unlike our previous appointment). It is a little noisy in the apartment, but not unbearable. Love the location!!

I am glad that I chose to move here. There have been some hiccups along the way, but overall it has been a very good experience this year. Problems have included inferior washer connection resulting in flooding and many false fire alarms. This is balanced by a long list of positives, such as cleanliness, responsive management, efficient and fast maintenance responses, and the convenience of the dog friendly amenities.

Eclipse Apartment Residences has been the perfect place to live in Huntsville. The location could not be better! Fire alarm isssues for over a year, no real concerns of safety. Offered free months rent to compensate but they still are rampantly blaring at 3 am.

Great place to live with pet friend and family especially if you work at HH or downtown area. Save the way of round trip to the work Walking on the Big spring park is the best advantage to live here

This place was such a letdown :( The location is magnificent but beyond that it has very little to offer. Maintenance issues are a constant from alarms, to elevators, to gate, to power and water. And unfortunately when you bring issues to their attention it’s takes months and a good amount of checking in to have it sorted.

Eclipse has been a wonderful place to live. It is clean, well managed, and provides a great community to live in. My only complaint is maintenance is slow to respond
Eclipse Apartments is located right next to Big Spring Park. It is a perfect place to enjoy all the offerings of downtown Huntsville. There are plenty of things to do and see in the area. The Eclipse Apartments are well-maintained with great amenities and a friendly staff. It is definitely a place that you can call home.
My experience moving in was fantastic. The units are well-kept and the staff were extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better community to be a part of.
I have only lived here 3 days now, but it's pretty decent. It seems I get an email every 30 minutes for a new app the apartment uses. It's a lot of stuff to juggle. Wish they just had one app that did it all.

I could go on and on about the issues with the fire alarms and all other inconveniences going on, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone I know until they get everything 100% situated, however I’ve seen the most action from the apartment the past month than I have the entire time I’ve been here. I appreciate the recognition of the terrible conditions residents have had to endure.

The staff is pleasant to work with. The community amenities are nice. The events they hold are fun. As I'm assuming with any new building the Fire Alarm issue will hopefully be fixed as I've been here a year and have had about 7 fire alarms. I think next time I live anywhere the community needs to be established so there aren't all the bumps and bruises of the retail, restaurants and new building issues. Other than that, the location is great.

Eclipse Apartments is located in a great area of Huntsville. It is near beautiful Big Spring Park and the downtown area. The Art Museum is also nearby. A very nice grocery store is even within walking distance. The amenities at Eclipse are very nice with a fitness area, dog park and attractive pool area. It offers a convenient parking deck. The noise level is low and security is excellent. Eclipse Apartments is a great place to call home.
I love it. Very quiet. The clubhouse is the most peaceful place in the apartment. The people are nice they speak & ask how you day is going. Also I love the apartment management. You go guys.
The apartment complex has many amazing amenities, I frequent the gym and the gym gets the majority of what I want done. Along with this there is plenty of parking around the apartment area.

During recent winter weather event this week it would have been nice to have sidewalks shoveled. Ice was such a hazard when exiting the building especially when you have a dog to take out. Trash wasn’t picked up. A building this size, in my opinion should do better.

We’ve been living here a little over six months now and still love it. The location is our favorite part but it makes it easier to love with all the amenities provided. All of our neighbors are so friendly and considerate, and I love all of the furry friends who live here too.

I have been living at Eclipse for 3 months now & have been very pleased. Katie was my leasing agent and she was very knowledgeable and kind. Maintenance has been prompt and it is easy to submit request. I really appreciate the Dog Spa as I have 2 dogs and the professional grade dog wash and dryer makes for a speedy chore.
My experience has been wonderful I love staying at the eclipse. I think that it is a gorgeous place. I think the staff is amazing. My neighbors are amazing. It makes everything so easier living expenses. Easier life is just feel so much better living here.
We moved in last week and are beyond happy! We signed our lease a couple of months ago and have been so excited to move in. The building is beautiful and the location is perfect. Everyone from the staff to our neighbors have been welcoming and friendly. In the time that we have been here I have been so impressed with how quiet it is. We live on the 3rd floor and I have not heard anything on either side or above me. It is amazing!
The apartments are nice and the staff is friendly. I wish they would’ve been upfront about how loud the trains are since we are in close proximity.
Big city "high-rise" feeling, with a down South culture. Geo- convenient; in the heart of Huntsville. Very hospitable staff and are extremely knowledgeable of social and community events.

Love this apartment complex. Been a little bummed the coffee has been out of order this week, because that is such a big plus however I am hoping they’ll get that fixed soon. Love the location and all the other amenities.

I’m loving my new place so far! Great friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance is great as well, always respond to requests super fast. I’d highly recommend others to this apartment.

Eclipse is a newer community so they’re still ironing things out. The construction nearby has caused some inconveniences, but if you don’t mind some minor inconveniences the apartments are spacious and high quality and location really can’t be beat!

We love the apartment and how peaceful it is. except for the footstep that we can hear from the ceiling. We love the pool and the overall scent of the whole building. Tho, We hate hate the small parking garage.

Best apt in Huntsville Alabama. I really like the gym and dog park. Staff are very nice and friendly and neiborhood are too!! I can not believe this apartment exist in AL
