Susan, the property manager, has been so easy to work with. We leased from 1000 miles away and she answered every email and phone call in a timely manner and was able to meet with our cousin who viewed the property for us. Everything was new and clean upon our arrival. We pulled in at 10pm and the apartment was warm and ready for us. The rooms and storage area are spacious, the back patio is a dream, and the neighborhood is delightful. The property is kept very clean. Plenty of nature - and grocery shopping! - within walking distance. Views of downtown and Green Mountain from a nearby path are the best. We already love it.
We love it here. Everyone is ontop of their game. Susan is super sweet and makes sure things get done. Mick is incredible and replaced out refrigerator before it went out. We will be renewing our lease as long as possible!
Edelweiss Apartment Homes is a wonderful place to call home. I'm close to shopping, trails, I have great access to all of the Denver metro area, and the staff is just fantastic. Susan is our Property Manager and she's been amazing to work with since day 1! I rarely need any maintenance or work done in my apartment, but the few times I have, the staff has been responsive and keeps my place running at the top of the line. I have nice neighbors, lots of parking, and I love our pool & clubhouse access!
