Thank you for your positive feedback, Wilson. We sincerely value your review.
We applied for an apartment 3 months ago (weren't allowed to go see it in person) and were told we could move in within 2-4 weeks. The date got pushed off over and over again! We were patient and understand things can take longer than expected. When we were finally able to go see it, it was terrible! Nothing like the pictures advertised. Absolutely filthy and the smell was awful! My husband and I had a headache by the time we left. They had told us we had 10 days to take it, but when we arrived they said we had to make a decision one way or the other that same day and if we decided not to take it we would not receive a refund ($1300) So after 3 months of patiently waiting to see it, we are out of an apartment and $1300! Dave your money and your time! Nothing good to say about this place!

No air conditioning for 3 days and it’s over 100° in my home. I have lived here for 5 years. I live in a single They will not paint, clean the rugs, they randomly go up in rent with barely any notice, I have had the fire department come to my apartment every winter because of a gas smell, water damage in the ceiling, my air conditioning goes out whenever it gets hot, they painted over my stove so every time I clean it paint rubs off , maintenance break ins, the fan is so loud in the bathroom you can’t hear, tiles were coming up in my bathroom and they gorilla glued them down, water comes up from the floor when air DOES work, there’s been standing water in my dishwasher for FIVE years, the fridge opens from the wrong side (photo attached), trash everywhere, walls are THIN like paper. They also lose paperwork and then question you about it (high turnover rate). EXTREMELY HOT upstairsThere are minor annoyances that make this place just not a lovely place to be. No wash walls (you can’t clean them) amongst slugs, potholes, dangerous ice, trash everywhere etc. if you need somewhere to go immediately then it’s a blessing but if you want to be COMFORTABLE just go ahead and get something better. It’s literally only a blessing if you come from bed bugs, roaches, the Ukraine or you just really need somewhere to go other than that get something better. I’m literally sweating in 83° weather because they refuse to fix my air. And the minor annoyances have annoyed me again. If you still move here after what I just said remember that’s on you! If you go back on the reviews from a few years ago chances are they aren’t real because they use to take money off our rent for fake reviews. The only advantage of staying in an apartment is for outside upkeep and maintenance issues.. they don’t that. There’s no advantage go somewhere else.

We are sorry that you were inconvenienced by the three-day delay in repair of your A/C. We are in communication with you concerning your service needs and will work closely with you to improve your resident experience. Thank you for your comments.
The apartments aren’t even clean when you move in. There are roaches. The office lies all the time. They will never give you back your deposit or holding fee even if you chose not to move there. They are terrible to work with. They hang up on you. They do not care at all.

I would never rent from this apartment if I were you! Ever since my roommates and I have moved in over a year ago we have had multiple issues with our unit. We live on the second floor so anytime there is an issue with sink or bathroom piping / Plumbing, it leaks down to the neighbors below us. At one point it took maintenance 7 months to fix the issue. There have been roaches ever since we've moved in. Occasionally we will see earwigs, ants, slugs, spiders as well. Don't bother calling for maintenance to fix an issue because they take forever to even come over to fix whatever is wrong, and they don't even know what they're doing half of the time. If you are wondering if it is an isolated issue, its not. Many neighbors are having similar issues with bugs and maintenance.

I lived here . & about 2 months in somebody broke into my apartment from my patio & the maintenance barely wanted to fix my glass doors they but up wood & it was up for a whole month before they actually fixed my doors I was scared to stay there because of that on top of they they don’t have surveillance so I moved out because I was very uncomfortable staying there they didn’t do anything to help !!!!

We welcome all feedback both positive and negative as it helps us connect with our valued residents and to improve upon our services where needed. We regret that you had an unpleasant experience at our community and thank you for your comments.
Since we've moved in, we've had the water heater rupture, the dishwasher sprayer melt several times, and a gas leak that we were later told could have killed us. All of these things took unnecessarily long amounts of time to be addressed, and we were even charged for "using" the water that flooded our apartment when the heater broke. They trying to push a third-party app to refill our laundry cards, but it won't let you do that until you've paired your phone to the kiosk in the laundry room. There is no kiosk in the laundry room. It's in the office. Except that they've effectively turned the office into a bunker that only employees can enter, and you have to call ahead to do that, now, and drop the card in the rent box with whatever you're using to fund it so they can add the money, themselves. Although, I don't know how well they can be trusted with that, because somehow they suddenly just "haven't been finding" whole rent payments we leave in that same box. ¯\_(?)_/¯ The stars are for the sheer convenience of the surrounding area, but not much else.

They asked for $600 deposit before I signed the lease and could move in. I paid the deposit and the move in date kept getting pushed back. Was suppose to move in August, October came around and I decided to not move in, I let them know and they said my $600 would be refunded here we are 2 months later and still have not been refunded, contacted them numerous times and management has not gotten back to me. $600 is alot of money and times we are in today, I'm tired of waiting its ridiculous

I don’t live here yet, but I have turned in my application. My current landlord refused to renew my lease, and gave us 2 weeks notice that his son was going to move into our apartment, so we had to go. With such limited time and so many full apartment complexes, we had almost nowhere to go. We just had a baby, and with me only working part time, we haven’t been able to find an apartment that we could afford and get approved for. Adonica told me that “We don’t have any apartments open yet, but we WILL find a place for your family before May 31st”. I see so many reviews saying that the office staff are rude, but every one of them treated me with so much respect and care.

DO NOT rent from this company. Their maintenance is awful!!!!!!! We have not had electricity on the 2nd floor of our apt for the last 6 weeks. We have called the rental office and they don't deem this an an emergency and stated they will get to us when they can. We have to shower in the dark as our bathroom is located on the 2nd floor. We soon have a baby coming and we have to electricity to be able to care for her in her room as that is located on the 2nd floor as well....... PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMMUNITY!!!

I’ve been here for a year now and I don’t like it. There is mold on our ceiling and under the carpet. They have leaks on the outside which causes big water spots on the ceilings. There is always trash outside. The apartment is outdated and looks nothing like the pictures they have on online. The pool is never open, no fitness center and the tennis court has been closed since before I moved here. The management office looks nice though. The windows are very old and will break just from touching them lightly. The neighbors aren’t bad at all though just the management.

I have been living here for almost a year now and truly enjoy it. The place is nice with the carpet and all the amenities. Also, anything I ask for in regards to maintenance is handled in a reasonable time frame. The maintenance man Jeffrey is really awesome like next level awesome with him around I am assured that if there are any problems he will take care of it. One time the sink was backed up and he came within half an hour and got it working right. Another time the stove wasn't working properly and he brought what seems like a new stove; he is great!! The staff members at the leasing office are really cool too! Adonica will call and check up me from time to time and I find that to be so great, sometimes she calls me more than my friends and family its just wow!!!! DayJanae is another very friendly face at the leasing office!!!!! Those two and Jeffrey make living here even better on top of the space. Don't get me wrong there are is one young lady at the leasing office that has gotten on my nerves but all in all I do enjoy staying here and I would recommend it to my friends and family. Just make sure you got your money right though, but that's a given haha

The management at this location is absolute useless. My girlfriend and I have lived here for 7 months and we haven’t gone more than a couple weeks without something breaking, which is understandable to a point but unless it’s an emergency it could take up to 30 days for anyone to get to you. Also trying to get someone on the phone is almost always impossible, but make sure you do or they will NEVER call you back. This month we received our water bill and it was 3X what it has been for the past 7 months. They told us there is nothing they can do, even considering that our bill has been consistently around $60 and it went up to nearly $200 - to them that doesn’t seem odd. Also you will have to get use to having roaches all over your kitchen. We started putting everything in sealable Tupperware but they just keep coming. In addition to the major issues our dishwasher has flooded the kitchen multiple times, all of the windows are drafty and must be forced closed if at all, we cannot open our patio gate because it sits below ground level, the entire patio fence is falling apart, and there is constantly trash covering the parking lot and the grass. If you avoid living here I recommend you don’t. We will be moving as soon as possible. The 1 star is for the COTA which has a stop very close by.

I dodged a bullet on this one. I read the reviews and decided to apply despite the horror stories. I got approved and everything seemed to be moving at a fast faced. Normally, that would be a good thing. However, it caused me concern. I was required to secure my spot with a $49 money order while my application was being processed. Upon approval, I had 72 hours to pay 1/2 of the deposit. I was approved, and had no issues paying the deposit except for the fact their hours of operation was the exact as my work hours on the other side of town. I called, and called, and called, and called, and CALLED to see if I could perhaps place the money order in a drop box. I kept getting voicemail that stated they were out showing other units. Long story short, my application was cancelled and I forfeited my $49. However, I did have the option to pay the deposit and be placed on the waiting list. But when I mentioned my hesitation due to the reviews I saw, I was told they do not refund deposits. Which I think is odd, because they will not give you a key to view the apartment until the deposit is paid. Either way, you're screwed out of money. Losing $49 beats being locked into a lease with a horrible apartment complex.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TIME OR ENERGY
Ive always wanted to live here and now it's the worst place I have ever rented. Service calls are 4 months old (i put them in when I moved in). no heat for a week even though I e called every day. Doubled my deposit on move in day or had to forfeit the 700 i already put down. apartment is a dump. nothing works, carpet is trashed even though they "cleaned it". countertops are painted with cheap paint so they stain super easy. laundry room is always down. i can't wait until my lease is up. unfortunately i still have 8 months left.
ppl are great places is beautiful prices are good .
When coming to Eden at Caleb's Crossing in search of residents. I felt pretty welcomed to be apart of the community based off of staff and their warm spirits. They answered questions were honest and moved and my search for a home so much more easier than I thought.
Eden at Calebs Crossing is a great place to live, they have a lot to offer and are very affordable. they have a swimming pool and washer dryer hookup. Your in walking distance to the bus line many stores and five minutes from 70 and 270 interstates. The mang. staff are helpful and friendly.
I have lived here for almost a year and they are really great people! they always respond to maintenance request really fast and are always welcoming in the leasing office. I just love my apartment here!
I arrived at calebs crossing 12/16/16 I was greeted and assisted promptly my experience was great. I also played a cool game and got a few bucks off my deposit.
I love my new place. They worked hard on getting me in my place. They were nice and friendly.
Renika was a great help to our situation, we are so grateful that she was able help us out..... thank you Renika!!!
Eden at Caleb's crossing is Awesome! The apartments and town homes are very nice and there are different options available with different square footages, prices, and layouts. There were actually a couple different two bedroom apartments we were interested in, so when only one of those were available for our move in time, it worked out very well. The pool is always ready to be used and is kept in great condition. The office staff does a really good job too, Jelly is really nice and she is so personal. she has made my move in experience great. Everyone is very positive in this community, so it’s a great place to meet people.
IF YOU SO IN-LOVE WITH ROACHES THAT 'S THE PLACE FOR YOU ......SHAME SHAME EVERYBODY AT THIS OFFICE FAKE SPECIALLY REMEE.....
Maintenance is a joke. I've had issues with my ac unit for the last 3 weeks. I've called and given written notice and still nothing. They never answer their phones during business hours, nor do they return calls so good luck getting any form of customer without physically going to the office.
They overcharged us on our water bill after we waited 4 months for them to fix our toliets argued with us. But clearly in our lease it says if there is a water issue caused by thier appilances we get reimbursed. Then one day they say yes we will credit your bill with 250 but they make a bogus claim on Feb 10th 2016 someone illegally enter our home (no 24 hour notice). Then April 25th they say will its confirmed on feb 10th you have bed bugs even though never discussed with us and we paid proffesionals and had city inspect proving we didnt have bed bugs. April 1st we put our rent in escrow for all maintenance issues we had and the next month BECAUSE OF THERE BOGUS 30 DAY NOTICE to evict. We had to force them to fix the toliets, repair the falling ceiling/floor. Then we get trepass for our troubles. We have never been unruly loud talked to them and made them feel badly or anything but they ban us from calling, or walking in the office to complain (peacefully). Then recently we have been trying to use the pool but we arent allowed to enter the office to get to the pool. New Life is Horrible stay away or ask as many questions as you want before signing a lease.
My Fiance' and I moved in around April of 2015 and I've had a multitude of issues with this place. I've had leaky toilets, bathtub faucets and pipes inside of the walls due to the bathtub faucet being loose due to a terrible caulk job. This caused the water to leak through the ceiling of my downstairs restroom and I told them about these issues. The maintenance takes FOREVER to show up to fix issues IF they ever show up at all. My dishwasher hasn't worked well since we moved in because it wouldn't drain the water down after the end of the cycle. For the first 6 months living here we have had to take baths which cost more on the water bill due to the loose tub faucet they took forever to fix, not to mention the amount of times I have had to remind them about it. Every other day I see a couple of Sheriffs asking my neighbors about something or checking up on someone living on the premises. I continuously get notices to leave the premises or reminders about unpaid rent, even if I have already paid the rent on time. I don't get the rent payment paper until a few days before it is due, or until I visit them and ask them about it. If you want to pay a large amount money for water, feel free to move in. NO guarantee that they will pay any attention to what issues you have.
this apartment complex is a complete joke. me and my fiance moved into a 1 bedroom apartment with faulty electric, no AC, no working dishwasher. We complained for several months before anything was done and they still haven't fixed the dishwasher. They rush and take your money before showing you your actual apartment and lie about the cost. Please don't move here. You will regret it.
Decent looking apartments, horrible customer service. I lived here when I was a kid and it was called eastgreen now as a adult I was looking to move in. You would think after all these years the customer service would be a lot better but it's way worse. I viewed a apartment and liked it applied and was told that the apartment I want was available... After paying the application fee was then told they made a mistake but there is a downgraded apartment that is available. I drove straight from work after being called earlier in the day saying that the apartment I wanted is now actually available and I need to sign a paper to hold it. Rushed to the office from work and was told they made a mistake, that no apartments are available. Then was told that the money order I gave to them for my application could be cashed even though they already put there name on it and that was a lie. The sad part is I really liked the apartment I even asked a current resident while in the leasing office how does he like it living here he said "the apartment is nice but these people (front office workers) are horrible". He was being charged extra money on his rent which was also an error made by there staff.
I have lived here for about two years and the new management is driving this place into the ground. The maintenance issues are out of control, for example, we have not had AC for almost two months, the master shower does not drain and we are standing in water up to our ankles by the end of 15mins and this has been an issue since we moved into this apartment 10mos ago, we had ants for over a month, all of the hallway lights are burnt out and have been for almost two months, the gate to the patio has been broken since we moved in, the garbage disposal has been broken for over a week, and the trash has not been removed for over two weeks and there are piles of trash everywhere. I would not recommend moving into this apartment complex, the money you "save" on rent is not worth the living conditions you have to go through.
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS APARTEMENT!!! Their maintenance is terrible. They lie about prices that they tell you. They just say anything to complete the sell and then turn it against once you sign. They have bugs, electric issues, water heater leaks, holes in wall base. I'm new to columbus and this is the first apt I ever lived in here. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone. Please stay away and spread the word. I even had issues with their corporate office regarding my monthly bills. Horrible service. I cannot wait until my lease is up
This apartment is OK, however, my lease will not be up until October 2014. Therefore, I am still looking at various properties in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
They were so nice to me, but they had no model, but they wanted a deposit. My step-mother read the reviews and said no way. I just read them... My advice stay clear.
I was moving to Columbus OH from another state and I found this apartment online and I drove 4+hrs just to look at it, the staff seemed normal at first, I looked at the model apartment for their large two bedroom townhome. I liked what I saw so I decided to go ahead and get it while I was already there, I did all the required paperwork that same day and the woman in the office told me to give her a few days and that she would call me with my move in date and I can come sign the lease. After a week I never heard from her, I would call the office and the staff was very rude and nasty over the phone. They would tell me Brandi was at lunch or gone for the day every day. They refused to try to help me themselves by saying if Brandi is the one helping me that she is the only one "allowed" to continue to handle my move in process.(which is crazy why is she the only staff member "allowed to help me?") So after several attempted calls and it would go to their office voicemail, finally a woman answered and very rudely said "Hellloo?!?!" I said Yes is Brandi available please? She said "Boy, no! We keep tellin you she aint here, we see you callin back to back, you aint gotta keep callin like that!" Very ghetto and unprofessional. I was in shock and in disbelief, before I could answer she continued, "Now, I already know you the one lookin for Brandi, I got yo name and number off the Caller ID and left her a note that you keep callin, she'll call you when she can!!" I was like Umm ook..? And she HUNG UP ON ME!! So I came on this web page looking for management contact information and came across these reviews and it all began to make sense, they're all nice to you until you give them money then they flip the script! I still never heard from the Brandi lady, who was supposed to call me back in a "couple days" its been two weeks! Needless to say I'm not moving there anymore thank God I dodged that bullet!
The staff seems very nice when showing you the models, but they told me lie after lie. I don't believe the apartments are nearly as nice or as big as the models that your being shown. They make you pay your deposit before ever seeing the actual apartment you'll be living in, & will try to convince you to sign your lease before ever seeing your apartment. They say people do it all the time. Keep in mind, if you manage to see your apartment before signing the lease, & don't like it, your deposit is non-refundable. I backed away from this place before signing a lease & am confident I did the right thing.
I currently live in the town homes, and all I have had is problems since i moved in in July. Earlier in the Winter the lock on my front door wouldn't lock, and the most they had done to "fix" my problem was to spray inside the lock so it would not freeze. Needless to say, my lock stopped working, the apartment next to me was broken into, and after making another complaint it took them 3 weeks to fix my locks ( and only because I refused to pay rent until it was fixed). This place is a joke and not worth the money. The staff does not care and they are rude, the neighborhood looks absolutely trashy, and there is never any parking. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.
My AC has been out several times not to mention the heat in -5 degree weather and took them several hours to get here, Oh did I forget about the flood in my Apartment I went to get mail and my whole entry way was flooded with 2inch of water and spread to the carpet. Took 6 hours for someone to get here and it was the water heater which had to be replaced then when they replaced it left it in front of my apartment. They also had to replace the furnace. Honestly I think the previous management did a better job of responding than the new management. If I could give them a 0 rating I would!!
I will never in my life return to this property. The loft style is nice, but that's about it. Nothing works

Makes me scared to even consider looking
I've been at this complex since May. My A/C (along with many other issues that came about) went out 5 days after we moved in and the maintenance team looked at it once and did nothing. yes, management/ownership just changed, but that wasn't the issue. it was the people who run the phones and tell their maintenance team to come do their jobs... and they don't do their jobs.and aside from that mess, the people that are allowed to move in, that I've been around; are just rude, loud and make you worry for your own safety. and trust me, complaining about it did NOTHING
THESE PICTURES ARE LIES! I LIVE HERE AND IT IS NOTHING LIKE THESE PICTURES. STAFF IS VER UNPROFESSIONAL! ITS TRASHY, AND IT HAS BEEN TOO MANY FOLKS GET BED BUGS HERE! THE MAINTINANCE DOES NOT DO THEIR JOBS, THE POOL HASNT WORKED ALL SUMMER, AND I WAS TOLD IT WILL NOT BE UP NEXT SUMMER EITHER! SO NOT A GOOD PLACE TO MOVE TO!!
The tennis court photo actually made me die laughing. Where's the sink hole? hahahha This new ownership is a joke who is only out for your money. By the way theres bugs that come into the apartments through the outlets enough said. Don't move here you'll regret it. Oh one last thing my AC went out and it took maintenance FIVE days in 90 degree weather to come and fix it and the staff told me that was and "expectable" time frame.

If you are thinking of using the fireplace as a back-up heat source for the winter, think again. I was so happy for a fireplace. I chose it over a washer and dryer even. Don't get me wrong, you can build a pretty fire, but it don't heat anything beyond a foot of the hearth. There is no dampener, the flu has two options, open and closed. That's it. Heat goes straight up the chimney. They didn't shovel the snow all winter, and this was a really bad, in the record books bad, winter. Landry room is a joke. You're better off going to the coin-op down the street. Seriously. Complete ripoff. We've been waiting a week for a repair in our kitchen. Management/office....rude, uncaring. Maintenance...slow, unskilled. We didn't have much option due to budget constraints and desired amenities (fireplace). If I had known how useless it was and how terrible this place is kept up, I would have gone somewhere else in a heartbeat. If you have other options, please, go somewhere else. This is not worth it.
