Property Ratings at Eden Commons
Centrally located to almost everything. The amenities are great. The apartments are on the small side but very well taken care of. Prices are absolutely right in line with other properties in the area. Management, maintenance, and grounds crew are fabulous and very responsive. This is a larger property but each building is smaller which I love. EVERYONE is friendly. I feel like I moved into my extended family.

Nicy cozy apartments. the only bad thing I can say. Is that its freezing in the winter, and the parking sucks!
Best apartment we found in the west cities suburbs for under/around $1k. Has all the features like dishwasher, garbage disposal, built-in microwave, in-unit washer & dryer, central air, all with clean up to date finishes, nice walls and carpet. Amazing location near the mall and so much more. Easy access to highways to get anywhere in the cities. Very solid management. Garage included with unit is very handy. No other apartments we looked at had all of these things for under $1k (1 bedroom). Very satisfied!
My husband and I have lived in a number of apartments around the metro, and this place is our favorite by far! The apartments are a great size and the updates are really nice. The pool and work out room are great amenities. They are never too crowded which is a huge plus. The staff and managers are very nice. Their door is always open and you can go to them with any kind of concern and they are always welcoming. We have not had a lot maintenance needs, but the ones we've let them know about were handled same day or next day with no further issues. (I love that!) It's a nice, quite neighborhood across the street from the mall and really close to downtown. I would recommend this place to anyone. It really is a great find!
Building is located with convenient access to 494 and 169. Multiple ways to get to and from downtown depending on traffic/roadwork. Being across the street from the mall and walking distance to many restaurants is a definite plus. The community facilities are very good. The grounds and pool are well kept. Management is very responsive to concerns. Apartments themselves are nice and spacious. Having an in unit washer and dryer is a welcomed change. I would definitely recommend looking at Eden Commons to anyone looking in the area.
I lived here for aprox. three years and it's been the best place I've been at. Very attentive and helpful staff, fast maintenance service, great location. Highly recommend!

Cant think of a single thing to give less marks,we are staying in cedar of building 13 , apt has big windows n complete privacy on one side,sure there comes problems with applainces sometimes but the maintance persons are really good n we have no complains,cant lie ,yes there are times when there is noiise coming from water pipes buts its no big deal, office staff is very friendly ,i dont remember all the names but one that comes in my mind is sherry n gretchen,location is superb , mall, resturants ,library in walking distance,lots of walking trails n parks nearby, i had a wondful time there but dua to personl reasons may have to leave ,but if get a chance would always prefer living here
This place is okay. I moved out a few months ago for a variety of reasons. 1. This place is very over priced for what you get, but i guess that is somewhat understandable for what the rental market is like right now. 2. Appliances are newer but literally walk into an appliance store and go to the section with cheapest possible appliances, and that is what you have. 3. Fitness room is a joke, everything is old and when something breaks it takes months for it to fix, plus its small. 4. Newer management staff that doesnt really seem to care about any problems you have with your unit. 5. They will bump you rent up almost 80- 100 bucks after your first year, try to talk to them about it and they will not budge. Place is fine if you just graduate college and need a place to stay for a year, but forget about it for long term, One positive is it is extremely quiet. But that just could be because had nice neighbors.
