Property Ratings at Eden Square
Unless you have lots of money and don’t care about your bills increasing… then maybe the rest wouldn’t bother you. Parking lot floods, no cameras around lot or buildings. Had someone steal stuff from us as well as someone cut our dogs leash on our porch. They don’t give you an invoice, just a price you owe each month. No responsibility taken with issues or any personable experience. The places are nice, could tolerate some but not after the increase and our dogs safety at risk

There is one main reason why I am leaving a 1 star review, that is because about 1 year ago a family moved into a 3rd floor apartment right above me and ever since then there has been not stop noise on my head. They have a dog which is very large and must be about 90-100 pounds, and that would be fine if they were considerate enough to keep him calm. During all times of the night and morning all I hear is non stop barking and running. I have sent several emails to the management team, Maureen specifically and I never received a response. I have recorded these noises and have them saved, I would attach them if I could. My lease is up soon and I am moving thank goodness, but I wanted to warn you. If you get a 3rd floor apartment then maybe you will be fine. Also, I am writing the review now because the running and barking is happening right now and this was a reminder for me to let people know.
I have lived here for six months now. Apartments are beautiful but the workers at the front office (Maurene & Mary Beth & Jess) are HORRIBLE. I have made friends with many residents & all of the information they give is beyond inconsistent. They are rude, only care about money, talk poorly on other residents, and are never willing to compromise. I would have loved to stay but I cannot tolerate dealing with those three every time I need to speak with someone. They are inexperienced, unprofessional, uncaring & rude. I was hoping to stay here for a few years & unfortunately, I need to leave due to the disrespect & unprofessionalism.

First, I was impressed with the professionalism and great warmth and personality of the office staff during my first visit and tour! I just moved in on Monday and from the minute I picked up my keys, my great experience continued. The facilities manager took me through the apartment, explained all the appliances, light switches and plugs and took the time to answer all my questions with sincere interest! The apartment was spotless, fresh paint, shampooed carpet. Not a speck of dust or grime anywhere. During my move and furniture delivery, the amazing manager fixed the elevator so that the door wouldn't keep opening and closing during the many trips inside. During my first night, exhausted, I went to sleep in the most quiet bedroom I have ever been in! Absolutely no noise!! I am amazed and pleased with my experience so far and know I will be happy here for a long time.

Thank you so much for the 5 start review and kind words!! We are so happy to hear about your experience as our team at Eden Square strives daily to ensure all our residents have a wonderful happy experience in apartment living:)
This place used to be great, I was a resident for 3 years and It started out as a nice place with good management. But the company underwent horrific turnover, you would raise an issue and the person you talked to originally would leave. This gives you no way to track issues you are trying to resolve. Parking can be a real struggle in the 4000/5000 building as there aren't enough spots. For what you pay you'd expect top notch service and amenities but both are lacking and the community engagement is very scarce. I would not recommend.
2 maintenance guys have left. Management is the worst. Don't expect anything else from this place. Only 2 grills at the pool. You will have a long time waiting. Do yourself a favor pass on this place
Eden Square has turned into a below average apartment complex. There are so many issues and now they are health and safety issues. Very POOR Management
This apartment is way overpriced. The management is a joke. There is absolutely NO parking if you come home after 9pm. Dog poop everywhere. Walls are paper thin people above us sound like they are doing ground pounds all night. I recommend going anywhere else!!!
