Everything about this place deserves a 0 star. Horrible management. The only time they ever use a phone is to ask you to pay rent but they never pick up for any request even if it’s an emergency. Stay away don’t be fooled by the decoration

No Rules

Get ready for an experience. Doing laundry after 10 pm or before 7 am inside the apartment is not a violation of the lease agreement. People make parties on weekdays for dozens of people who park on your spot, and no actions will be taken. A gang of teenagers that hang in front of the building all day and spray painting the building, it's not their problem. You better try hard to install your own internet service. The dryer was not working for 3 months. But it looks great.

What a roof!

Toured with the company last week on a virtual tour and loved the look of the apartment! Staff was super friendly as well and the virtual tour was great. I love the coliving options!

Brand new units, great for professionals

Toured this brand new building, great amenities, including a beautiful and inviting rooftop deck, all utilities paid, including WiFi. Close to major studios including Netflix and Paramount.
