Everyone here has been very cordial and welcoming. The maintenance crew always takes time to help me out if I need assistance and even if they overhear me talking, they’re more than happy to help out. The only thing I wish was fixed is the mail situation.

So far so great, I’m home all day. It’s beautiful here and peaceful. Quiet and clean lots of scenery. The only thing I don’t like are the spiders and centipedes everywhere but it’s a brand new building.

It’s overall good. But there was not enough space for walking.now in a days people need fresh air so some tree need in this community.we have a teenage kids but their entertainment system is not good.

Although I have only been living at Edera a little less than 2 weeks, I can say that my experience so far has been great. The move in was easy, it's a quiet neighborhood. I feel safe with the security near by. The only thing that kind of sucked moving in was the smelly water due to the brand new water pipes that haven't been used (new construction), but after a couple days the smell completely went away and water is great. Even when we put a service request for it (which we eventually cancelled since the smell went away by itself), maintenance still came to check on it. So far, nothing but great things to say about Edera, and hopefully it stays this way :)

The apartment complex is very nice. The layout makes it feel bigger than the square footage says. All the amenities are top tier, and the service and response times from management is great

Beautiful residence and attentive management! The apartment looks great, the community is peaceful and calm, with amenities such as a pool, fitness room, dog area, park for children, and a lovely walk to a great lake view in the back.
