Property Ratings at Edgar
So far, my time here has been entirely smooth sailing. Michelle, the property manager, has been very prompt and helpful throughout the process of moving in and over the past several months of living here. Steve, who does maintenance, is extremely quick to respond to requests and always gets the job done. For the price and location, this building is unbeatable, and the staff has been the cherry on top.
Property Manager at Edgar, Responded To This Review
Friend, Thanks for the 5 stars! We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Please let us know if we can do something to make your experience even better! Michelle Emmons, Manager, Leasing@edgarapartments.com
I had never lived in a city before I moved to Lytle Tower. I was very excited but also a little nervous. The manager Michelle set my mind at ease and helped me to feel at home from the very first day. Lytle Tower is a great place to live.
There is a reason the price looks great for what you supposedly get. Michelle the long-term manager is bizarrely inept. You'll figure that oug when you show up for an appointment to view an apartment and there's a note on the door that says nowhere will be there that day. Its bizarre to not be able to get a response from someone you are trying to give your money to. The first 5 months I lived there I never saw security (and I'm a night owl) after going up the chain I found out management had no iea security only showed up at the end of the night to lock up and leave.. while getting paid for an entire shift each night. Packages are routinely stolen. There is a door on 4th street right next to Burrito Joe's which does NOT even have a lock.. much less someone that locks it. So come on into the stairwell at whatever time! Scary. I finally left after needing to call 911 after being terrified boxed into the elevator in the middle of the night from a resident and fleeing across the street for help.
