I entered a lease at this location 6 weeks ago. On the day when I was supposed to pick up my keys as I’m sitting at the agents seat they notified me my unit was not ready. And insisted I be moved into a unit in a very undesirable area on the lot. I asked to see the unit. It was filthy to say the least and definitely needed to be painted. Now being nosey I inspected every cabinet and appliance. I found a roach stuck to a trap under the sink. they wanted to rush clean it and move us in with wet carpet. . . Nope. I didn’t take the terrible reviews seriously but not moving here was the best thing to happen to me. Oh and don’t bother trying to call the office they will not answer or return your call.
I called to schedule a tour i was transferred to an automated saying how they would get back to me(they never did) and asking if I'd like to schedule a tour, so I did. I show up for my tour time, and they tell me I have to call first to ensure a room is available to tour. We start talking about pricing for apartments, and the prices they give are nearly 500 more than what are listed on this site or on their own website, do not waste your time with this place, from the 30 minute interaction I had with staffing it is easy to tell they have no idea what they are doing.

When I moved in 3 years ago this place was ran exceptionally well. Since Edge 26 took over it has been nothing short of a nightmare. They promised to install washers and dryers into the units. They started the rough in last September and have since done nothing, leaving plumbing parts at my front door and an open ventilation hole into my apartment for over 7 months. Every time I call, they just say that they're still working on the project. One of the main reasons I moved here was that I could keep two cars. They recently implemented a parking permit system assuring that you can add an additional car. The system doesn't let you add an additional car and property management doesn't seem to think it's their problem that their permit system doesn't work after a brief phonecall with them.

My apartment was infested with roaches. Management did nothing to help the situation. Health hazard all around especially with my toddler. So happy I got out of there when I did. Looks nice from the outside but as the saying goes it's like they slapped some lipstick on a pig. Avoid at all costs.
Don’t move in here unless you want to live in a construction zone. They’ve been doing construction IN the units since January (over 6 months) now which is more than half the time I’ve been living here and no one in the office is ever able to give me any kind of meaningful update on when they’re going to be done. Having family in construction I know installing washer dryer hookups in-unit shouldn’t take 6+ months. I understand wanting to make property updates but management doesn’t seem to have any regard for the impact to residents and refuse to provide any kind of compensation for the extreme inconvenience of living in an active construction zone for MONTHS. Other things of note: The on-property laundry facility was also out of commission for more than 5 months and still isn’t fully fixed. The pool didn’t open til July and has been closed at least twice since opening. Management is extremely difficult to get ahold of in general via both email and phone and are just generally bad at communication to both individual residents and the property as a whole (my building had water shut off for maintenance work with no notice at one point). Overall would not recommend this place because of the management.
