Property Ratings at Edge and Stone
When I first moved in, this complex was great, and then they changed management companies and now it's awful. They have asked for renter's insurance at least 6 different times in the past 4 months. They also got rid of their package concierge area so now the packages are all just thrown into a room or left on your door. They haven't been keeping up with trash pickup either and trash bags are all over the halls. There's always bags of dog poop laying around that nobody cares to pick up. I called maintenance about an issue when I first moved in, and then 4 times total and the issue still isn't resolved, and I've lived here for 8 months. This complex also use to charge $5 a week for a guest parking pass but they have since changed it to $5 a night which still doesn't protect you from being towed. They also only accept cash for the parking passes.... but then have a sign in their office that says they don't accept cash at all (where is the cash going?) They also love to tow and will tow you for parking inside the gate and in front of the office so there is no guest parking. Walls are also paper thin and you can hear conversations from your neighbors and the office doesn't care. Do not waste your time or money, I can't wait to move out of here.

You will hate it here! There’s no parking after 6 p.m. and they will tow you if you don’t parking in a parking spot. Even though it’s not anyone’s fault but theirs because they don’t have enough parking at this complex! If you go to talk to them about the parking situation they just say their working on it but it’s been a couple months now and nothing has changed! Parking permits don’t work unless they assign a specific parking spot to you which they never did! It’s just a headache nobody needs so believe me when I say don’t move here you will constantly get towed!!!!

Don't move here.Lots of roaches. Very poor manangement. They pay a cheap fumigation Company and it doesn't work. Being here 4 months and got 8 roaches inside the apartment and one rat on the outside hall. Management won't really care. People don't clean after their pets and maintainance doesn't clean neither.

Management company is a joke,don't be fooled by the pictures, complex has no parking after 6 pm, walls and floors are paper thin, lots of shady tenants, dirty breezeways and bags of smelly trash ,lots of better options in the area

When I first moved in things seemed great. It has a beautiful pool and clubhouse, and the apartments themselves are very nice. However, I soon discovered a few issues. Everywhere you go there is dog poop, huge piles. I even had someone let their dog poop outside my dining room window and when I knocked on the window to remind him to clean it up he proceeded to cuss me out. I did let management know and they handled it. However, I see little effort to actually solve the problem in the first place. There is now a new property management company and things have gone downhill. They removed the website for making online payments with no word on if/when a new one will be available. The phone lines are constantly down so you have to go to the office if you have issues. They don't respond to emails. And now they are closing the clubhouse 30 mins before the office closes, which means if you work a 9-5 job you wont be able to use it. When I questioned the front office they said 1) our rent/fees do not in any way pay for the clubhouse (she even said if they didn't have a clubhouse to begin with the rent would have been the same) and 2) they don't know when if/when they will be able to keep it open longer because the folks at the property management company are in meetings all day. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told I have to schedule a meeting. Sadly I signed a 13 month lease, but I cant wait to leave because it is not worth the rent prices.

Each person you come in contact with whether it is the ladies in the front helping you find a place, the maintenance team and even valet, each person is very nice and personable when coming in contact with them. I have been here for a month now and this has definitely been the best choice. Thanks Team !!
