Oklahoma City is a thriving city right at the heart of Oklahoma. The city’s thriving economy is complemented by its exciting nightlife and entertainment options. Downtown is home to the Myriad Botanical Gardens and the Oklahoma City Zoo, two extremely popular family-friendly attractions. The Myriad Gardens also include the Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park production at the Water Stage.
The Oklahoma City Thunder has built a dedicated fan base, and things always get pretty wild around the Chesapeake Arena on game days. The arts community is quite active with galleries, museums, theater productions, and a music scene incorporating everything from underground alternative bands to the Oklahoma City Philharmonic.
The city has been expanding in recent years, and Oklahoma City proper is much easier to get around with public transportation than most other cities in the region, including rail service.

Property Ratings at Edge at 40 Townhomes & Apartments
It’s cheap for a reason. I lived here for a year and in that year there was a shooting in the parking lot, homeless people digging through our trash and scattering it everywhere, our bathroom flooded and grew mold, our ceiling leaked and had a hole in it, there was always people fighting outside or yelling at each other, people knocking at our door at 3 AM, and SO much more. The pool was nasty and the washers and dryers rarely worked (you also have to pay extra to use them) there’s bed bugs and mice too not to mention the HORRIBLE management. Our apartment always smelt like weed and cigarettes due to our neighbors smoking even though that was a lease violation. Such a scary and unsafe place to live
They changed the name.. and that’s about all the changes they’ve made. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to lease here they say apartments are updated but don’t tell you about the consistent pest issues.. roaches mice and spiders. Plumbing issues every other week you’ll be lucky to get any rest here next door neighbors are loud.. people will just sit in their cars playing loud music day and night And the fact this is a non smoking community but yet you can smell smoke throughout the apartments. Run from this complex!
Lived here for 3 years and it only gets worse the longer you live here. They won’t do anything but surface level cosmetics, trash cars left here? Never will be towed. Neighbors car gets broken into? Brush it under the rug and act like it didn’t happen on their “secure” property
My sister and I lived here for years. It's a decent apartment in a convenient location. I would live here again.
I started out in a 2bd 1 bth and have recently moved to the 2 bd 1 1/2 bth townhome. I definitely prefer the townhome, which is very spacious and well insulated. The townhomes are also very fairly priced. The office staff is nice and accommodating. I love the quick access to I-40. The landscaping and pool area could use some work, but overall it’s a nice place to live.
Great Location to call Home!! They keep the apartments clean and they have a play area for kids. Office is always clean and smelling good. Residents are nice and stay to their selves. You can jump rite on the highway and get to where you need to get in a timely manner.
I highly recommend!!!!! Very quiet! Staff is very nice . Management is very respectful.
I moved in the beginning of June and got a 2 bed 1 1/2 bath Townhome. It’s very nice and so far so good! There were a few problems but nothing too serious. Maintenance could be a little bit better but they’re not too bad! I love how it’s easy access to the highway as well as many food places and stores around me! I would definitely recommend these apartments!
