Property Ratings at Edge at Town Center, The
The staff is very diligent in keeping the property safe and tidy. I see regular pressure washing of the breezeways, the common areas are always clean and the are very diligent in making sure the residents are respectful of neighbors. A safe place to live and family friendly!
I have lived here 10 years, staff and maintenance are great, anything needed repaired or tended to has always been met and quickly. The Edge Apt make it home. That’s why I been here so long.. Thanks
Love this place! I lived here for a year now and i am so excited to renew! The staff is amazing! They are so helpful and are quick to attend to any problems that may occur. The property is always kept clean and to top it all off it could not be better located.
I absolutely love it here.I've lived here for a year now and ever since I've moved in I've had 4 other family members move in as well.This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. I could not feel safer anywhere else. I recommend 10/10!
Bugs, management with attitude, rip offs, anything that you can think of, this place has. Not to mention, maintenance either never comes, or comes and does a bad job of fixing stuff. There is NEVER enough parking, and did I mention the infestation of geese? People dump old food out on the lawn and then geese come by and eat it and never leave.
To start off management at the Edge is extremely rude and will charge you for just about anything they can when you move out. We constantly had issues with bugs (we lived on second story) and there always seemed to be police responding to calls in the complex. I would do yourself a favor and find a friendlier, cleaner, and safer complex.
Staff is very accommodating to all residents including those with disabilities and is quick to respond to residence needs. I moved in and within a week and a half or less all of the accommodations which I requested were installed and in place. Maintenance is super friendly and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate for all. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a safe and comfortable place to live.I would like to thank the staff again for their support and making this a great place to live.
Horribly disappointed with this apartment complex. Contacted for 2 straight years about sparks and burn marks around outlets. Also contacted for the same time period about bugs and a space in the door. Used a dehumidifier that was pulling 5 gallons a day of water from the air because of the door. Everytime they pressure washed the hall they flooded my living room. Then they had the audacity to take more than 1000 in security deposit and add another 450 that they billed saying there were damages, most of the damages were because of moisture that could have been prevented if they fixed the door. There is fungus and mold all around the complex, mold in the air conditioner units. Somehow the electric bill there was higher for a 2 bedroom apartment with no one home than a 3 bedroom home with someone there at all times, ac running, tv on 24/7. Reason for that is they piggyback the empty apartments electric to the existing tenants. The front office is rude, come to inpect constantly. Quote rules for rent control even when you aren't on rent control. They complain about everything possible but wont address the issues with trash in halls. I will never suggest someone move there.
Good place to live, management is great. Wouldn’t change a thing.

I lived at this complex for one year and had no problems. I am moving to a different complex for a job move but other than that I would have stayed. Brandy and Lynca are great customer oriented staff and are willing to help in anyway they can. I had an A/C leak once and they worked on it and even had it replaced! Not many apartments do that. Seriously. I highly recommend this complex to anyone!
My father helped my brother and I move out when we left... my brother had a broken femur so he was unable to help.l, but my dad and I got this place spotless. We only left a jug of milk in the fridge so that it wouldn't smell. We then moved to Tennessee, only to receive a letter stating that, not only would we not be getting our $300 deposit back, but owed $220 on top of that to collections. This was all for "cleaning fees". $520 to move a jug of milk. Unbelievable, stainless on my credit for 5 years. This company is shady as can be, I would run to any other complex around before renting through them.
Living here has been a wonderful experience. If I wasn't moving I would continue living here.
These apartments are very nice and the view to the lake is wonderful. It's located right by the town center so shopping and eating is right at your finger tips! Staff is very friendly and helpful and always available to answer questions or concerns you may have. They even have activities for the children at the club house. I have enjoyed my stay here so far.
