They don’t care about packages or cars being stolen. They refuse to install cameras or any sort of safer mailboxes. Everything takes forever to get fixed in the apartment. They have one or two maintenance guys for the entire freaking complex. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
We have lived in this complex for about a year and a half now and have loved it in the past, but recently it has become more dangerous. In the past 2 weeks our car was broken into while in the parking lot and someone tried to break down our door in the middle of the night by kicking on it as hard as they could for 10 minutes. I don’t know why it has recently become more dangerous, but know that management can’t do anything about these incidences besides ask maintenance to “tighten the bent lock on your front door.”
Had a hard time with office staff. I was moved into a dirty apartment covered in hair and it smelled of animal urine. Thankfully I got a refund
Excellent place to live, great amenities the gym has everything you need. Apartment is great, renewed and good pricing. Alberto the manager is very helpful and friendly. 100%
I feel like the price and location is unbeatable. This is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, maintenance is prompt and it is right by the highway. Edge Dtc is a great place to live.

My stove had a push in timer it was that old: 1960"s. I thought they really had to search some farmers back field to find it. My neighbor above me kept dropping things on the floor all night because he knew that it would sound like I was inside a drum in my apartment and the office did nothing though I complained 10 times or more. I finally asked to get out of my lease. They also did nothing though I said my neighbor, again above me, took his dog out on the deck to relieve itself. and then washed his deck and it splashed onto mine. The walls and flooring have no insulation. The parking was limited and often I parked way the otherside of the complex. Again, no help from the office staff.

DTC area close to 25 close to downtown. Staff really efficient and fast responsive. I close my deal through email and don’t regret about it. Alberto has been really helpful.
Between poor management and the inability for maintenance to do their job on time. It is not a place you want to live. Parking is a joke they say they tow but they don't so don't bother with a pass. Don't even think about walking anywhere at night because it is really poorly lit. Honestly, pay the little extra and go somewhere else. Also unless you are 100 % sure your roommate is the right for you, you are better off just not having a roommate because it takes saying you will get police and lawyers involved for them to consider helping you with an unhealthy living situation.
Office staff is awful and there seems to be zero communication. Alberto is rude. Never understood why some people go in to customer service. Initially rented here because the rent was cheap but you get what you pay for. Was bait and switched, shown a new model and got leased an old unit with no washer and dryer, though we were promised we would get one. That was a doozy. Went to the office to speak to the Manager one time and there was another tenant (or potential tenant?) in there loudly arguing with the Manager, calling him unprofessional. Goes to show how people feel about the office staff! As for the apartments and neighbors.. bike was stolen off my patio. Someone was doing inappropriate things in their car late at night, VERY loudly. A lot of junk on some people’s patios. Paper thin ceilings. Tons of junk around the dumpsters. I honestly cannot wait to leave this place. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra to live where the office staff are actually friendly and act professional and the neighbors aren’t shady. I could go on and on but bottom line: don’t rent here.
We have lived here close to a year. The apartment itself is newly renovated and nice with a great washer and dryer. Many advertised amenities have not been available for a long time. The fitness center, business center and paw spa do not actually exist. They have been closed almost 10 months with no compensation or explanation to the residents. Many dogs on the property from the banner breeds list and not everyone cleans up after their dogs! Parking is great during the day but fills up quick at night so if you get home after 7-8 pm you will likely be walking a ways to your apartment. Walls/ceilings/ floors are thin so we hear every step from upstairs and thumping bass from downstairs. I think the office staff has recently been replaced which is great because the last crew in there was awful and unhelpful! Hopefully the new staff addresses some of the issues. We can't wait to move out of here soon!
