Love it here. Staff is friendly. Pool is great. Would be nice if the gym AC was a bit better, can get warm in the summertime and even winter. Also wish the fobs to the garage didn’t need battery replacement every other month.
The apartment is well designed and comfortable. My criticism is blocking outside city lights at night. I have eight 10 feet high windows and the six venetian blinds in the bedrooms do not darken the rooms for sleep. The cost of curtains would be very expensive.
Great building manager - Billy. He is always considerate and ensures any issues are handled promptly. They host activities for the building and we get to enjoy local events like Tulsa Tough and Pride.
This community in Tulsa has its positives, including covered parking, good storage options, and efficient maintenance. However, there are some drawbacks. The flat paint in the units is prone to marks and damage. Common areas often need more cleaning, with issues like dog urine and scuffs. The management's events are underwhelming and fail to bring the community together. Additionally, the lack of handicap accessible doors and harshly shutting entry doors create inconvenience. The property's fees for taking out trash and distant parking/trash facilities also cause frustration for residents.
Definitely recommend. Although The Edge is in the downtown area, you rarely hear any noise from the outside which I really appreciate. Everywhere is walkable without the excess noise. Love the location
I love the apartment it is quite and in a good location. The parking g is excellent, never have any problems with it. Staff was very helpful and fixed any issue I had right away. The only thing I wish was different was the gym.
The staff are super helpful and accommodating - they truly do go the extra mile! The complex is always clean and maintenance is always super quick

Great staff, friendly neighbors, secure parking, wonderful location. The A3 floor plan is cozy yet spacious, has balcony and great airflow with windows that open.
I've been living at this apartment complex for a little while now, and it has been a generally good experience. The complex itself is pretty nice and the leasing office/maintenance staff are absolutely lovely! They're always willing to help and make you feel right at home. Also, I appreciate that they host community events & activities. It's a great way to meet neighbors and feel a sense of community, which is especially helpful for those relocating for Tulsa Remote program. Noise levels here are generally low, which is a big plus for me as a remote worker living here. The only time I really notice any “neighbor noise” is from above, but it's not too bothersome. Another great thing about this complex is its location. It's walking distance to plenty of restaurants and nightlife, which is perfect for someone like me who enjoys going out. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in Tulsa!
It’s VERY peaceful. Love the area It’s nothing like I have lived in before and I absolutely am loving it here! It’s also really nice to have an elevator like what??? AND the entire building smells amazing ALL the time! This place is wonderful.
The management here is amazing. Always responsive to our needs. Grounds and common spaces are very clean. Love being walking distance to bars, restaurants and parks.

Billy and the team are fast responders if it is not in person, they call or text to find out what issue we may have and they always give out solutions or answers.
So far my experience here has been nice. The move in process was swift since there are elevators. The unit was clean as well as the building. The staff is very helpful and so is maintenance. The area doesn’t have the greatest view and it kind of threw me off when I arrived but it’s in the heart of downtown and there’s a lot to do here.
Everyone I’ve come in contact with has been pleasant. Our staff at the Edge on Greenwood are the best. Good energy here and close to the downtown nightlife.
Good location I’m walking distance to the F45 gym, bars, & restaurants. interior is pretty nice and there is a sweet pool. There is an occasional train horn but it’s no big deal. There just needs to be a grocery store nearby.
There were some hiccups when I moved in, but staff worked hard to solve any issues as quickly as they could, and maintenance is so friendly and quick. The amenities are nice; the pool area is kept up great, the parking garage is secure, and the peloton in the gym is a nice perk. Only downsides are that residents do not pick up after their pets in the dog park and the other machines in the gym definitely need to be replaced.
Great location within walking distance of mostly anything you could need downtown and out of the way of the noise. They have extra amenities you don't typically find at apartment complexes such as storage units, guest rooms, and gas fire pits/grills. Unfortunately no hot tub but it has everything else, including a modest gym. Great friendly staff that organizes events for neighbors to meet one another. Parking and mail is convenient to access. Finally the high ceilings and large space makes it comfortable and never feels small.
I recently moved to Tulsa from Vancouver Canada. The leasing and moving in have been problem free and very smooth. Melinda has been a fantastic help coordinating everything.
Excellent experience so far, love the area and how the apartments are managed. Recreational areas are always clean, the reception office always is willing to help and give the residents a great experience.
We really like this apartment, high ceilings and nice kitchen island. close to tulsa art district and downtown. lots of great restaurants and bars in walking distance. Its clean and safe! no homeless or random people hanging around the area. Has a dog bath, 2 pet relief areas and a pool! only improvement i could add is if there was a trash valet/pickup service. or even trash dropoffs on different sides of the building instead of just one location.
