The largest city in North Dakota, Fargo rests on the North Dakota-Minnesota border and the western banks of the Red River. However, Fargo residents affectionately refer to their location as “North of Normal.”
You might find that Fargo is a bit different when you stop by the Fargo-Moorhead Visitor Center and see the woodchipper from the movie Fargo. Maybe it’ll be when you start spotting members of the colorful herd of bison painted by various artists scattered all around town, and rightfully decide to go on a scavenger hunt to find them all. Perhaps you’ll find it unique that Wurst Bier Hall serves a rattlesnake rabbit bratwurst and indulge your curiosity. You’ll notice that North of Normal is a pretty interesting place to be.
There’s no shortage of things to do in Fargo. Plains Art Museum and Rourke Art Gallery and Museum offer residents and visitors endless opportunities to admire art with all kinds of rotating exhibits.

Property Ratings at The Edge of Osgood Apartments
We've lived at Edge of Osgood for five years and have never had a significant problem. We've loved living here. Issues needing maintenance were quickly resolved. Wanda is lovely to work with and communicative. The only cons we've noticed is that the the construction of the complex was done cheaply or quickly, but it doesn't diminish our enjoyment of the apartment. The other con is that packages sometimes get stolen. After some complaints about this issue, USPS lock boxes were installed (but sometimes packages don't fit/can't go in there). Otherwise, this is a place we'd highly recommend!
If you want them to falsely claim you did damage to garage siding to the tune of $800, this is the right place for you.
Edge of osgood is in a nice neighborhood, and has a few nice amenities (i.e. Large kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher) but management and repairs are inconsistent. There are better complexes in this neighborhood of Fargo if you're looking for a nice apartment.
While it lacks amenities like a shared gym or connection to OTA TV, there are some good things about this complex. The kitchen is HUGE and has plenty of storage. Free heat and water are common around here, but still nice perks. The neighborhood is almost entirely residential and you see a lot of active people out and about when the weather is nice, taking advantage of the local bike paths. There is a kindergarten center and playground within walking distance for those with young children. If you like golf, there is a nice 9 3 hole public course three-minutes away. Though the neighborhood isn't a shopping hub, there is a large grocery store and strip mall nearby to take care of all your immediate needs. There are also a few small banks, restaurants, and watering holes. There isn't much that makes this development stand out, but it is reasonably priced, well maintained, and the neighborhood is great. I would recommend it.
