Excellent response from management. I have yet to request a maintenance issue that wasn’t fixed the same day, sometimes within the hour. Our management and maintenance team are excellent.
Happy at the Edge on 4th Mariah and the front office are wonderful. Any questions or issues that we have ever had (which have been very few) have been handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment complex is mostly nicely kept and they are always striving to enchanted things and make things better for the residents. I think that is fairly affordable and comfortable complex that offers great amenities and a great location downtown. Security is on campus periodically thought out the day and have a 24/7 hotline to call in case of emergency or need. We have lived here for over a year now and just extended our lease happily! We truly enjoy living at the Edge and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and great living space downtown!

Our year at the Edge We had a great year here. All the employees were so great and awesome to talk to. Any maintenance calls weee taken care of right away. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. My son in his wheelchair loved working out in the gym with everyone. He misses all his friends.

I have lived at the Edge for a little over a year now and I couldn’t be happier! I actually found this apartment through the apartments.com app. This apartment has by far the best quality for the most affordable price that you can find in this city. The view is my favorite feature, I absolutely love waking up to a gorgeous sunrise every morning over looking the city. Every aspect of the units themselves are top tier. I especially love that my unit has pre installed black-out blinds as well as 24 hour maintenance. The amenities around the complex are an awesome perk to have, and there is a great community within the complex everyone seems to be very kind but above all else the management staff here is incredible. They are always very kind and you can tell from a mile away that they truly care for their residents and really want to make this a great place to call home. I couldn’t be happier with the apartment complex as a whole but especially the service I’ve received has been top notch!

I love this place. It has all the amenities that I need: pool, hot tub, golf simulator, tons of study areas for school, dog park, and more. I also love the staff. Mariah, the building manager, has been amazing and is on top of everything. If there was ever a complaint she was there to fix it right away and was super responsive. This is a great place to live.

I lived at the Edge for close to a year. As far as the location, i couldnt of picked a better place to stay. Mariah was my leasing agent who got me set up with my apartment. She was incredible anytime i needed help or assistance. As well as the management in whole. They are caring and understanding. Very comfortable place to live and great atmosphere. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting to live in downtown!

The staff is the BEST! All are friendly, professional, and ready to help every resident the to the best of their abilities. The building is very well kept and the design/decor is spot on for downtown living. As someone who is s new to Kentucky, I could not have picked a better place to live. I highly recommend Edge on 4!

We have lived here a few years. Today the smoke alarm has been going off for 30 minutes with no end in sight during a work day. Combine this with short term rental nonsense and this building is unlivable for the type of long term tenants they need here. They don’t respect your quiet enjoyment of your home. This is not a luxury resort building. It was when we moved in. The staff were easy to reach and respectful and there were no short term rentals. Avoid if you are a professional who works from home.

I moved in just a couple weeks ago and so far I love it. Everyone was so helpful during the whole process from the signing of my lease to moving in. Mariah especially has gone above and beyond. She has showed me around and answered all my questions. My apartment was in excellent condition and very clean the day I moved in.
