Top floor is completely flooded every time is rains. So much that towels are placed in front of doorways to prevent the apartments from flooding too much. Buckets line the hallways to collect rain water for when the water you use is turned off.

Fire extinguishers out of date for over 2 years. sad.
We live the apartment, the location is good, great school district maintenance service is also very good.
