Don’t Waste Your Money
The staff and this location are great except for maintenance. This place is covered in dog poop and there have been multiple times where there is dog poop on the sidewalks as well. The dog waste bin recently was over flowing for days to the point there were dog poop bags laying around it from falling out. There has been countless times where there has been dog pee in the elevators and the stairs as well. We were told that we would get a new refrigerator when we signed our lease (Feb2022) and that has yet to happen and our fridge dispenses flakey particles into our water. We didn’t have a proper working a/c or heating unit from Feb 2022-May 2022 because the maintenance team is incompetent and they stated that it was user error multiple times, finally in May they realized that it was not user error and there was a much bigger issue. This apartment complex has also smelled of marijuana multiple times on our floor. Also there were multiple times that the pool deck area was shut down including the grills for total of around 6 weeks but you are still charged the amenities fee. You can go somewhere else and get a better place for sure. So don’t waste your money.

I love the view my apartment has. It is exactly what I wanted. However, there seems to be NO sound barrier used between the floors and I believe it makes it worse since there is no carpet. This is the one draw back that would make me rethink renewing next year.

We really loved this apartment and it' features. Our leasing professional, Ashley, was extremely helpful and I would recommend her to assist with anyone looking for a new apartment. A few critiques would be the price per sq foot is a little expensive. We have found other apartments with very similar amenities / perks that are not as expensive per month. (Not to mention the convenience fee..) Although regardless, beautiful complex and would seriously consider living here.

Cami even sent me a video walkthrough of the apartment we were looking at, which was above and beyond what we were expecting. Everything is well maintained, the office remembers all of our names and residents' dogs names, and really makes an inclusive environment. I am always seeing someone cleaning and I absolutely love that as well. If I had any technical problems or maintenance concerns, those concerns were taken care of right away as well with a great attitude!

The walls are thin and noise in the hallway echos. You can hear everything. Dogs barking, talking, doors shutting, some let their doors slam, which is loud. But, if you have noise machines, earplugs, or anything else to cancel out noise, it's okay.

He listened to everything I wanted and needed and found me the floor plan I envisioned. I'm not crazy about the valet trash service. I would personally rather walk or drive my trash to the container than have it smelling up the hallways while it's waiting to be picked up and the lingering smell afterwards. This wouldn't affect my recommending the community, but I thought I'd mention it.

Would not recommend due to dog situations. Throughout our 2 years there our dog was attacked several times by other dogs. My wife was pregnant during these times and it was extremely annoying that we had to worry about walking our dog at our home. People continually would not follow rules that were simple like putting their dog on a leash or not smoking on property. They had to take away our recycling because people in the community would not listen and follow simple instructions. We needed to get a 2 bedroom rather than a one bedroom and the price was high for simply adding another room. Property maintenance requests judge as stair railings, and doors to the building were never fixed. People could just walk into our building. The office stated it would be fixed that week and it was not fixed by the time we moved out still.

Although we did have to remove recycling due to some non-compliance from other residents, we are looking at other alternatives to bring back recycling services to our community.
