Edgewater Crossings

I moved in 3 months ago and am happy to say I enjoy it. They have the best professional staff, from the Nice ladies in the office to the maintenance crew to the yard and upkeep. Thank you all for making us feel at home!

Dishwasher was broken an entire month just to be fixed only cause we called everyday and now broke two weeks later. Took a week to come look at it and confirm its broken. We have three kids and newborn so dishwasher is needed. Now on day 3 of no dishwasher and anytime we call we get same run around "top of list be there today" this place is an absolute joke.

Overall the living spaces and amenities are in good condition. The pool is spacious and well designed. The problem with this living community is the poor management. Often times the staff is unknowledgeable, uncooperative and unhelpful. There are not enough parking spaces in the complex for every resident. If you choose to live in this complex, prepare to park outside of the gates, a couple of blocks away. In the past month alone my roommate has been towed twice, costing him over $300 and considerable inconvenience. I would only recommend Edgewater Crossings as a last resort.

We moved to PCB in December and we had a down payment on a 2 bed 2 bath apartment since October to move in on February 1st. We kept in contact with the management throughout Dec. and Jan. with everything moving smoothly. A week before our move in date the rude manager in the office informed us that they had rented our apartment to someone else. They offered us another apartment that was $200 more and could not promise that the roof would not leak. Do not rent at Edgewater!

I think Edgewater’s biggest asset is their people. The people that work in the leasing office are always so friendly. You can pop your head in the leasing office for whatever reason and they’re always there waiting with a smile. In particular, Lisa made choosing Edgewater an easy choice. She was in constant communication every step of the way. She always makes sure that her residents feel at home, especially during the happy hours when she personally welcomes everyone individually and takes the time to have a conversation with them to make sure everything is going well with their homes. I highly recommend Edgewater Crossings to anyone that is looking for a home!

At the beginning everything was alright. But ones you move out there the problems start. We left notice about moving out a month early, made sure that everything is set to go, even were going to paint to wall, as there were small dents, but management said that its fine and we are good to go. We left moving address and thought everything will be ok. After 3 month we got collections on all our accounts for not paying the debt. They failed to deliver us certified letter, never contacted us any other way and decided to file for collection. But they didn't forget to add extra charges. They added key cost ($150), mailbox keys ($100), late fees (?!) and so on. But we returned those on time and they wont admit it. I don't know what to do, so I want to warn everybody to be careful with this place and protect your money and yourself!

We moved to Edgewater Crossings apartments in June 2015. Our experience has been nothing short of outstanding!! .We retired and moved here. We moved from Texas having not even seen the property in person. Only saw it online. We were not only very pleased but it was more then we anticipated. The office staff is great and any time we have called for assistance in any way they have been more then happy to assist us. All our neighbors are fantastic and we are pleased to call Edgewater Crossings our home. Nick and Louise

The office staff is completely negligent and incompetent in their duties. Be wary of ANY positive reviews on any site as they offer incentive packages for leaving positive reviews. I've spoken to numerous tenants who have experienced issues with mold and water damage that have gone unaddressed. When my fiancé filed a work order to have such damage inspected. The on site repairmen painted over obvious cracks, mold, and water damage. The leasing officer stated that it was none of the above and that it was due to poor construction and poor quality materials being used. We still insisted a contractor be brought in and have the areas tested. 4 months later we have still yet to see the results of any test and are being charged for the damage caused by the "not" mold and water damage

A word of warning. Take pictures when you move in and when you move out or they will blame the imperfections that existed prior to your moving in on you. They don't replace the carpet when previous tenants leave so any stains will be charged to you. Also don't hang a headboard or very many pictures.. Apparently they charge if there are "too many holes" in the wall. They charged us and we had one headboard to wall sconces and 12 pictures in a 2 bedroom apartment. We even spackled the holes and scrubbed the place top to bottom before leaving. They took our deposit and charged us over 600 dollars!!! Numerous neighbors as we were leaving said they would be leaving too because it used to be great apartments but since the new management they are going downhill and not worth the money. For example, the security gates are always broken so drunks and previous tenants with restraining orders could get in anytime...and did.

I will write a very much on point TRUE review of this place! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Office is never opened and calls are never answered or returned. Office manager and some of the girls in the office is VERY RUDE! Pool stays dirty and gates never work! Tried to pay my rent BUT OFFICE is always closed...no Dropbox or anything! When I called to tell them I needed to pay and no one in office before the 4th of July holiday...they NEVER returned my call. I went in office today to pay and not only were they RUDE but told me I will have to pay an extra $75 plus do it in a money order! Then giggled as my daughter and I walked out! NOT PROFESSIONAL! Had a drunk man beat on my door at 9:25 pm loudly and when I answered my door...said I better not make any noise by hanging a picture (which I was hanging NOT LOUD AT THAT) he scared my daughter and young niece to tears! Called to report this only to have them tell me I am not to hang a picture OR vacuum past 9 pm. I AND MY 15 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER ARE MISERABLE HERE!!

Edgewater Crossings is an awesome place to live. The ammenties are awesome and the gym and pool is fantastic. The office staff is great and always having functions for the residents. We love living here and the location is convient to everything in Panama City Beach!!!! Please be sure to check them out!!!

This property is nothing short of amazing. The pool is absolutely stunning and the office staff is super friendly and very helpful. I'm so happy here and thankful to call this place my home.

I will be visiting again in August and this complex with all the amenities is surely a great place to call home. The pool are and grill area are to die for. The view is fantastic !!!! If you are looking for a new place to call home ,be sure to check them out!!!!!

Edgewater Crossings is where u want to be if your living or visiting PCB, FL. Very nice apartments w/ great amenities. The grounds are kept very clean as well as the parking area. Its gated which is a plus for security. Love the atmosphere.

Such a lovely place my parents live in. Very nice size rooms, modern and designed well. Very cute kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This is a must see :)

We moved to Edgewater Crossing Luxury Apartments in June, We call it our slice of Paradise. We retired here from Texas. Great location to all Panama City Beach has to offer. The office staff is GREAT!!!!! They always have contests and various activities for the residents! It is a great community to live in. The common areas are very well maintained and very luxurious Check out Edgewater Crossings.You will NOT be disappointed!!!!

The Edgewater Crossing apartments are really nice. I love the big pool. They have bbq grills for the residents to use and a lil covered porch for each entrance. Really nice.

When I was looking for an apartment to rent, I was having to do it from out of state. The leasing consultant was very helpful and understanding while working with me. I have been a resident now for 8 months and I love this complex and the staff is wonderful. If anyone is looking for an apartment to rent I highly recommend Edgewater Crossing. I am proud to say that I love my home.

My family was moving to Panama City Beach and was looking for a community that made us feel at home. When we first walked into the office, the office staff was so friendly and welcoming that we knew without even looking at a unit that this was HOME for us. The amenities and everything about the community is awesome. We are very happy that we chose Edgewater Crossings as our forever home!!

They apartments really knocked me off my feet. They look and feel more like a home, than an apartment. They're very spacious and also have garages available to rent.

We looked at several apartment communities but when we saw Edgewater Crossings we instantly knew we had found our home. Everything from the grounds, to the staff, to the amenities is superb!!! Stop by....you won't be disappointed!!!

We have lived at Edgewater Crossings for 1 year. We are so happy we renewed our lease. Retirement living is great here. They have fabulous amenities .The office staff and maintenance are excellent!!!! The office staff are always having events for the residents. Love living at EdgeWater Crossing. Apartments are in a condo setting with various floor plans to choose from. Pool and outdoor grill, which includes an outdoor fireplace area is amazing. Office and maintenance staff are both outstanding and makes you feel like part of the family. Glad to call Edgewater Crossing home

I've lived here for about a year and it's pretty nice. The staff try to do things to get the neighborhood involved like little meet and greets. The pool is super pretty, the gym's pretty good too, they have a little internet cafe where you can get yourself coffee and stuff and sit there and work if you need some quiet. The apartments have new appliances so you don't have to worry about buying a microwave or a washer/dryer because there's already one in your apartment and if it breaks then the staff will get you a new one so it's ok.

Edgewater Crossings has been a wonderful place to live. The apartments are very modern and updated, and the amenities are nice. The pool is one of the nicest pools I have ever seen outside of staying at an all inclusive resort. The staff engages with the community through a variety of monthly events. It is centrally located to all of the action that happens in Panama City Beach, but is private enough to where you don’t have to partake in everything going on if you don’t want to. Also, the place is very dog friendly. I have been living here since last year, and it has been a great decision thus far.

I visited my friend on a long weekend and loved staying at her apartment. The apartment staff were great with figuring out parking and answering other questions I had. I love the sense of community and the location is great. I would certainly consider this place if I were moving to the area!

We have been here for over a year now and have not regretted moving here. The staff go out of their way to make the residents feel like family. We would recommend Edgewater Crossings to anyone.

Love living here -- beautiful, spacious apartments with nice amenities. Best of all, HUGE closets! The kitchens have ample counter space, and apartment has lots of natural light. I'd definitely recommend!

Edgewater Crossings is a nice place to live. The pool is gorgeous and my daughters would be there all the time of I let them lol. I love that they do at least one community event a month and usually more. They throw an awesome summer party with blow up water slide and other really neat stuff. The maintenance guys are always really fast to respond to a problem and are amazing when it comes to emergency calls. The draw back to this property for me is there is limited parking on the side I live on, creating frustration when looking for a spot to park at night. I have been told they are working on this though. Overall this is a complex I would recommend. The good definitely outweighs any bad! I definitely love the opportunities they provide to meet the people in the community.

Love living at Edgewater Crossing, the people are super friendly and the Staff are all hard working people. We have lived her 4 months and never had any issues. This is a great place to live with children, always something to do.

We have lived at Edgewater Crossings for a little over a year. It is a wonderful place to live. We have lived in apartment communities in Ohio, Tennessee, and Florida and this is by far the best. The staff, both office and maintenance, are great. They are always trying to do anything and everything to make your life at Edgewater Crossing more enjoyable. They have 2 or 3 activities every month that are always fun to attend. We've had 2 pool parties this summer that were totally fantastic. And I can't wait for Thirsty Thursday every month for an opportunity to get together and have a good time. It is a place that I think we are happy to call home. Thanks, Denny and Nell Dwyer

Love this place. Awesome property. They allow pets. They have pet stations all over the property. They even Come get your garbage 5 out of 7 nights a week. Pool has zero entry and great water falls. Beautiful property!

My husband and I didn't have time to plan out where we wanted to live because he is in the military and when we got stationed here in panama we found edgewater by accident, and it was life changing. They made everything easy for us, seeing that we were first time renters. They didn't try to pull a fast one on us. They really made us feel welcome.
