North Reading is a quaint, peaceful Boston suburb. This entire suburb is within the Ipswich River watershed, creating gorgeous wooded streets and lush parks with ponds and brooks. There are also several forests and reservations in and around town. With awe-inspiring natural beauty found throughout town, outdoor recreation is extremely popular here. Residents frequent surrounding natural areas such as the Harold Parker State Forest for fun. This state forest is great for biking, ice skating, horseback riding, hiking, and more. Families love North Reading because of the good schools in the area as well. Retaining the quality of simpler times, North Reading has many well-preserved homes dating back to 1720, along with several modern apartment complexes.

My experience at Edgewood Apartments has been excellent from the get go. The personnel are amazing. They are more than willing to help with any questions. They helped me by walking through some of the application process as I’m not confident using the computer. The buildings are landscaped nicely and the hallways and apartments are very clean. The location is also great, close to the city and other amenities. The layout of the apartment is open and cozy. I’m very happy with my experience at Edgewood.
I have been here basically since it opened and I absolutely love it here. I sold my home and came here and this feels so much like home to me. The maintenance and management departments. are impeccable, kind professionally efficient people. I would hope to never have to leave. They all work so hard and they’re very quick and efficient. Thank you Edgewood for giving me my home feeling. I appreciate you all, but love you more.
I love it here at Edgewood , I love the apts , neighbors are nice , the staff is wonderful they are always there to help if needed. Great maintenance also love the way the maintain tha property grounds , I have come back after moving and am so happy to call Edgewood my home
Edgewood is clean andwell groomed outside as well. The staff are courteous and caring. They are THE BEST!!!
Every step of the way Edgewood was helpful and accommodating. They gave us a welcome snack box - which is extremely helpful when everything is packed. Apartment was beautiful and clean when we moved in!

I am on my 15th year at Edgewood and I never had a paint job done for my apartment. Recently I requested management to paint my apartment but they refused the request. This upset me. I think being here for 14 years and 5 months I would deserve a paint job
I’ve lived here for 3 years. Great place for dog owners. Many areas to walk around. Safe and lit up at night. The location is great for commuters. The pool is a nice addition.

Great quiet place and community. Love all the dogs too! Plenty of parking. Well maintained. Quickly resolve any issues very quickly. Lots of families and kids nice area.
Feels like home. Moving from the city to a more quiet neighborhood as been the best experience here. Staff is always on site to answer any questions as well as available via email.
I love it here already. Everyone is friendly and I love all the puppies. The grounds are very well kept. The clubhouse smells fresh and clean all the time. Nina who is the property manager helps you with everything you need. She really makes the transition for your move seem less.
I’ve lived here for 3 years now and it’s been great. The people here are very nice and there are tons of dogs for my puppy to play with. Highly recommend!
No problems since moving in. Lovely community. Neighbors have been fine. Some occasional noise but nothing out of the ordinary. Maintenance is amazing- very attentive and fast !!!

First impression, really Luxury Apartment. Worth every penny so far. Super clean, smell pretty good, assistant team service, amenities, environment... all 5 stars!
Property well-maintained. All staff friendly and helpful. Units well designed and nicely appointed. Lovely pool/ cookout area. Convenient to shopping. No noise issues.

I really like living here. The apartment is so nice and cozy. Love the crown molding and the high ceilings. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are very friendly and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
Just moved into Edgewood and so far we love it! Such a beautiful community, leasing process was easy and everybody had great communication through out the process.
The office staff and maintenance are amazing, The appliances are out dated , people here have no respect for others the throw trash over their porches and smoke when it’s not even allowed I can’t even open my windows because the smell makes me physically sick. Such a shame to be honest
Everyone is super nice and welcoming. I have a dog with anxiety and everyone has been great about allowing him to adjust to a new environment.
The apartments are modern and comfortable, fully equipped with excellent storage and closet space. The premises are safe, well-maintained, and feature a pleasant mix of young professionals, families, and seniors. The workout room is excellent. The staff is always available and accommodating. The maintenance crew is outstanding.
Excellent community friendly people. Have never lived in an apartment community so I was concerned if I’d like it. Definitely feels like home.

People have been leaving rocks in the door when they walk there dogs. Sometimes forgetting they are there . Leaving residents exposed to unlocked doors.
Edgewood property is well maintained. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The complex is well located to retail stores. The units are well appointed.
Sometimes can hear the people above me shutting doors without being more conscious. The people below me have a dog that barks loudly. Sometimes the packages aren't left in the package locker or the mail room but rather just outside in the elements. One time a package even got left in the main building and I couldn't retrieve it until regular office hours. Sometimes find carpet beetles (have had a good handful of them but it didnt turn into a problem). Maintenance is mostly okay. Office staff is great. Apartments are cozy and have a great layout. It's close to everything I need. The shower is massive and a great selling point if you ask me. Bedroom has a ceiling fan. Closets huge. I've had a very comfortable and pleasant experience here for the most part. All of the neighbors are pleasant. I'd recommend it to anyone I know.
Good place! Its clean and organized. My rented apartment has some not good stuffs, but I like the place. I think that need a playground for kids.
My experience this past year has been great! It's nice seeing neighbors walking their dogs, exercising, and enjoying weather. You know it's a good place when you go on vacation and look forward to going home.
Apartment was very beautiful, clean and ready for our move in date! We put in a maintenance question and it was very quickly and efficiently handled.
Nice and clean residence. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. I had issues moving in but they helped me fix it right away. Not that, appliances such as washer/dryer are outdated
I love it here and meeting my new neighbor. And seeing the people who have been living here and there pets outside. Walking around everywhere in the community going to enjoy when the pool open up

I've loved living at the Edgewood Luxury Apartments in North Reading, MA. I have resided here since December 2011. Everything in this community is highly conducive to living a peaceful, quiet life. It is perfect. I'm truly grateful to have found this little gem and make it my home.
I have lived at Edgewood Apartments for almost ten years (two different apartments), and overall, I have really enjoyed living here. It is very well maintained, with a great location and management team. Maintenance issues have been few and far between, and in the rare instance when I have needed assistance, maintenance has been very quick to respond. Mostly I have had no real issues with noise, other than hearing my neighbor upstairs on occasion, which is to be expected in my view. Previous issues with trash piling up and packages getting lost have been addressed in the last couple of years, and are no longer a concern. I would definitely recommend Edgewood Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live in a great location!
Overpriced. Nice enough property but waaay overpriced. Looking forward to my 4th consecutive rate increase this year. I wonder how much it will go up this time. $100/month like the first year? $300/month like 2 years ago? Who knows. Appliances from the 1980s, constant construction across the street, an armed break in recently that they hold none of the residents about, yet the price keeps going up. I suppose they can keep raising the rent because people keep paying it. Parking lots are full so I assume the apartments are too. Staff is friendly, maintenance guys are great.

Quality apartment, very peaceful, lots of amenities. Haven’t tried the pool or gym equipment yet but it’s cool that they provide it to residents. Good value overall.
I enjoy how peaceful it is . Outside of my window I see a lot of wildlife. I love my neighbors too! Any complaint would be dog mess not picked up. And putting rocks in doors to prop then open. It is not safe
It is abundantly clear that safety and the welfare of the residents are not a priority to Edgewood Apartments. Between an armed robbery on my floor where my children live without any notification from the complex in addition to a near-miss window frame falling out and almost hitting my child. Be prepared for inflated increases with a minimum notification of a month's notice, no upgrades, energy-deficient appliances, and loud construction due to a building that has yet to cease in the last four years.
