About Edgewood Terrace Apartments
The one-of-a-kind Edgewood Terrace Apartments are located in the heart of the historic Edgewood neighborhood of Homewood. With sidewalks connecting the neighborhood down to Homewood Park, Central Pool and Homewood Library, this community offers unmatched convenience set in the classic comfort of 1930s charm. Edgewood Terrace has a $110 flat rate, monthly utility fee that covers hot and cold water, sewer, pest control, 24-hour emergency maintenance and trash service. This utility fee is paid in one lump sum monthly on top of rent. The only utilities paid separately are electric, gas (for heat and/or stove), and cable and internet. These units do not feature washer and dryer connections, but there is on-site coin laundry for tenants to use. Pets are welcome with a $600 pet fee per animal, and a 3 pet limit per apartment.
