If you’re looking for a place to call home Edina Highland Villa Apartments is it. We have rented for the last year and I have nothing but great things to say about the exceptional staff. They are constantly working on the premises keeping up on the buildings maintenance. We had a few things needing maintenance in our apartment, and the office got back to us right away. They are in constant efforts to improve living spaces for all residents! Our family has an elementary aged child, a cat and a dog . The community is welcoming to pets and families. We had a unit that faced the backyard, the view was absolutely stunning, we had a view of one of the ponds and the beautiful green landscape. The peacefulness of the backyard made the apartment stand out from other apartments we have lived in in the past! Our family enjoyed the backyard daily. It was a safe place to play and a great walking path for our medium size dog. Very sad to have to relocate but also very grateful for the time spent at the Villas.
We moved in about 3 months ago and couldn't be happier. I encourage everyone I know to come live here! The building, grounds and amenities cannot be beat. The people I've met are respectful and friendly; it's generally quiet, except for good things like kids playing in the yard. Staff are caring and wonderful. It's especially great for people with dogs - we even have an off-leash area in the incredible backyard. We were homeowners for 20+ years and unsure how it would be to live in a rental apartment, but this place feels like home already. I imagine we'll be here for years to come.
Recently moved into the building and everything has been great! The management team is stellar, Tracy and Connie go above and beyond in making everyone feel welcomed. They were patient in answering all my questions and have been of great help before, during, and even after my move-in. The community here is great too, lots of pleasant, friendly and respectful people that add to the already warm vibe to this place. Great amenities within the building and nice neighborhood too, pretty conveniently located that you're not too far from anything.
Highly recommend!! Me and my family just moved in 2 days ago and let me tell you the absolutely wonderful ladies in the office (Tracy and Connie) have been absolutely amazing through this whole process from applying to moving in. They go way above and beyond not only as property managers but as people they have really made me and my family feel at home. I have had many experiences with previous rental companies who just want your money and could care less about you but the people here have been absolutely outstanding! The building is beautiful along with the rooms with so many amenities and the resident's I've come in contact with are all great folks! I can't say enough good things and we are excited to be here, this llace truly feels like home!
I've been here 3 years. I have a large apartment, updated kitchen and large patio overlooking the grounds and outdoor pool. The facility amenities are hard to beat - indoor / outdoor pool, party room, sauna, work out room, grilling areas and underground parking available. The grounds are very well kept and staff is responsive. I really enjoy living here - great Edina location also!
We've lived here for about a year, and just resigned our lease. Staff is great and our maintenance requests get answered quickly. The apartment itself is great, very good size for the price. We love having a work facility, indoor pool, and fiber internet. Only negative about this place is there is no central ac, only in wall units.
we stayed 18 months and got nice support staff . Backyard is huge and great place for kids.
This property is absolutely beautiful. They have resident flower gardens that are well maintained. The grounds are immaculate. The building is older, but still kept up nicely. The staff is all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Courteous, thoughtful, polite, engaging staff are always following up any issues in the building quickly like it is their own home. Building is extremely well maintained considering it is about 50 years of age. Our visitors and guests always compliment us on what a lovely place we live in. Nice modern amenities that are comparable to much newer properties.

Uncompassionate management, My husband has to break his lease early due to family emergency back home. The emergency is such that he is leaving his job by midweek this week and will be traveling back home by end of the week or by midweek next week. When he approached the management they did not give him any options or wiggle room to work an amicable lease breakage solution. So far no issues. We having problems is not the leasing office problem.. But they do have the audacity to imply my husband is lying by saying that 100 people walk in with “these reasons” to get out of lease early. Very rude and it broke my dear husband even more after he tried to be upfront and honest with the apartment management. Please someone tell this management that we are having extreme fun making life changing decisions and uprooting our family in a matter of 2-3 days. I would rent with a management that strictly adhered to its policies but not with someone who has zero compassion. Money is too trivial at the juncture we are on, yet money is critical which was we approached these inhumane and merciless people. My husband now thinks they will find him for this review even after he has decided to pay the lease breakage amount. He stayed in that apartment for hardly 60 days now
