great apartment
I needed an apartment for my new job with the State of Pa. This place is perfect. Heat an water /sewer included at a great price. The manager is friendly and helpful and I love the fact that I can have my own washer and dryer. 4 stars!!!

Not a bad deal
Country Square apartments are a fairly decent apartment complex consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. All essential utilities are included in rent with the exception of electric. The apartments are spacious however they could stand to be updated slightly. In Edonboro the winters are harsh and the windows are very old and drafty. The heat is included in rent which just went up this year due to gas prices for the heat. If they windows were updated and replaced I believe the complexes gas bill would drop tremendously. Overall Country Square is a good place to live.

Country Square Apartments
although there are a few entities included in the rent... The apartments are in desperate need of upgrade. Rent has recently been upped $40 a month due to the prices of natural gas... But the windows are terrible. Trying to get ahold of a maintenance person is non existent. Many times the door to the apartment is unable to be opened without the assistance of the fire department. The parking lot has major pot holes... And having it plowed in the winter is impossible without being snowed in. Working in public safety for the last 13 years, the price for the quality of the apartment is not realistic.
