Property Ratings at Edison Grand
21, 22, 23 and 24 dryer do not work and haven't for a while 5 service request on just the dryer on my floor drum does not spin. Hot tub has never work in the almost year I been here, other 2 elevators just now started working. Fire alarm goes off on a regular multiple times in the middle of night, so don't pick a high floor. The month or month and half promo is a joke they put it on multiple gift cards but if you put it towards rent they charge for using cards on portal which like I said is each card. A/C has went out for multiple residents multiple times they give you portable ones to use but here the kicker you have to leave your main door open cause no windows to vent exhaust on portals and you guest it the hallway gets hot. No grills or pits on site, they had residents remove theirs, we don't have stoves or ovens so this sucks bad. Parking is a joke 2nd floor has no access to building so you have to use elevator in garage to get to main building to use another elevator, guest parking is a joke, if you own 2 vehicles you only get one pass unless you have a 2 bedroom. Water and electrical get shut off on occasions and they do inspections on a regular, typical for old building. Front desk and management has been changed out a few times, got another maintenance guy. The other side of black fence in parking garage is owned by city and across the road by water is also the city. Lifted trucks, roof racks or and decently tall vehicles watch beam going from 1st floor to 2nd floor also if you have a dually or wide vehicle watch the 1st to 2nd floor and 2nd to 3rd floor ramp it's narrow.
I love living in 24 floor unit. It has beautiful views and quiet environment. Amenities are good for use. Office people are so nice.

I moved in on august and I have enjoyed every moment. (maybe not the one grumpy neighbor) but any issue I have requested was fixed right away. Maintenance is top notch and the leasing office has been very nice and helpful and always greet me . I can’t ask for a better view and what I get for my money. I will continue to recommend this building !

I live here now DON'T do it. Nothing has changed. AC issues, water issues, security issues.... I could go on and on
WORST apartment I’ve ever lived in. Nothing ever works. AC, hot water, elevators, doors, wifi, and the “pool”. Leasing office is an absolute joke after you sign the lease. Please find a different apartment elsewhere it’s not worth it at all.
Been here 9 mo. More times than not, NO water. Can't shower, use bathroom, cook. Laundry machines don't work. When there is water, no hot water. Windows leak with just a thunder storm and flood entire apt. Have complained since living here with no response to any problems. Pool area always closed, no security. Homeless, drug dealing, prostitutes living in building. Police always here for problems. Since hurricane Ian, NO a.c
The maintenance team and management are a joke. A/C, never worked properly, garbage disposal floods kitchen with garbage and water with every use, washing machines have mold, dryers take hours to dry the smallest load, pool & hot-tub always shutdown by health department, parking is a nightmare, apartment only had hot water 50% of the time. These issues, were brought to their attention monthly they would sign work order as completed but problems were never fixed. I lasted 9 months and left like many residents. Run, don’t rent here.
This place is horrible! Pool always shut down and broken laundry broken, no security, no a/c and a lot of times no working water. Filthy with mold and dirty disgusting hallways woth stained carpets. Incompetent staff that could careless. I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! You will seriously regret it.
The Edison Grand (formerly Campo Felice) is unsafe, dirty, and poorly managed. I've lived here for 8 months, and absolutely nothing has changed. The building has open gates, broken doors, only 2/7 working elevators, and no security. Many of the newer tenants did not have to undergo a background or credit check to move-in. Management only cares about filling empty units, and not at all about your safety. The water smells like sewage, goes in and out by the minute, and will be completely off for long, random periods of time. Most of your shower will be waiting for the water to come back on. Most loads of clothes and dishes will need an extra cycle or two. The AC only works at night, if at all. There's no ventilation, so get ready for lots of dust, humidity, and indoor allergies. The garages and stairwells are absolutely disgusting, with black mold and cobwebs everywhere. Almost every hallway in the building smells of dog urine and/or marijuana. Management has made it crystal clear, they have absolutely no plans to solve any of these issues. They'll tell you they're working on them every time you ask, but it's all lies and placating. This place could be great, but after 8 miserable months of being lied to, I assure you it's not happening anytime soon. It's hard to enjoy the view with all the problems you'll face here.
Elevators Broken and no parking garage elevator. No assigned parking like they said. Ballroom closed and locked.Pool is kinda gross and security is rude. Abandoned cafe in the garage which is disgusting. Parking garage has a gate but they never shut it so public is free to use as they please. Said they were going to have a cafe and yet to be see. Doors are broken and constantly need repairs and still broken after “fixed” really don’t see the point of the price besides the view on certain rooms but that’s about it. Not worth the money and unless they fix all these problems and ask what the residents want or what they could do better then I’m leaving when my lease is up. Also packages just sit in the open in the lobby free for anyone to take.
Have had a family member living there since February and things continue to break including elevators , locks on the doors, dryers, pool and mgmt is slow sometimes very slow to get it fixed. Venting system is dirty and can’t be changed by resident . New owners but they are not working out the kinks in a timely manner. I would not recommend
I have been a resident since February and still have no water in my apartment only one of the four elevators is working the parking garage does not offer assigned spaces as promised and the poolside spa has never worked
