I moved in three years ago, and it's been great since I moved in. While minor maintenance issues have sometimes arisen, the building staff is very responsive. The location is great, the common areas are always clean, and the amenities (and views) are fantastic.

There is no peace on mind living at Edit. Good luck if you work from home! There is loud construction happening on 3 sides of Edit. It's regularly difficult to get to Edit as construction is consistently blocking and/or closing the street. The same can be said for both sides. The garage door is located in the alley behind the building and is regularly blocked by delivery and moving trucks, making it impossible to access. Charging almost $200 a month for parking that residents cannot access is outrageous.

Edit is an awful place to live. It is not safe. The garage door has been broken for weeks. How do you expect a security guard to monitor the entrance AND the entire building at the same time? Anyone can access the garage. The only positive reviews are from friends of Edit staff. Avoid Edit!

Had to post a review because I am just so thrilled with this apartment! I really feel lucky every day to be apart of this community and have been here over 8 months and just absolutely love it. Here are a few of the reasons this building has made me need to renew my lease: - The community is just so wonderful, I always get happily greeted in the elevators by the other residents. Through all of the events the building hosts there are so many opportunities to make friends which is a huge bonus if you are moving from out of state or just looking to expand your friend group. - The building really feels like you are living in a hotel. There are always fresh flowers around the building, it is so clean, and the whole building is just decorated so beautifully. I love using all of the common spaces to get out of my apartment to work or hang out with friends. They also decorate for holidays which seriously was so heart warming being away from your family during these times to come downstairs there be a big christmas tree with presents under it. Makes this building feel like home. - As someone who is living on their own for the first time the staff have made paying bills so easy and always respond to my emails promptly if I have any questions. I had ordered a package that was pretty expensive and it said it was delivered but I could not find it anywhere and was really worried I was just going to have to eat that cost. So I emailed the staff just to ask knowing that this was probably out of their control. They responded immediately with genuine concern for my little issue and were ready to jump in and help track it down. Even a week later they followed up and emailed me to see if I had seen it or if I needed any help with places to look for it. It ended up being delivered to my neighbor who so kindly texted me and left it at my door. Lastly I will just say I know people sometimes have concerns about the safety of the neighborhood, but the area is so populated with all of the restaurants and bars in the area I never feel uncomfortable walking around alone or especially anywhere in the building. I do see that cars get broken into in the area which is why I invest in being able to park in the parking garage here, but that is just a problem across all of Denver. One of the biggest reasons I chose this building in the first place was because of how safe I felt when I visited for a tour. I am sure if you visit you will see if this place is a good fit for you.
My time at Edit has been very enjoyable and I highly recommend living. The staff is friendly and empathetic to residents' needs. Whenever I present an issue to the staff, they've worked diligently and quickly to resolve it. They are also proactive to spot potential areas of improvement. The building is well-built with nice amenities and the best gym I've ever seen in an apartment. I rarely hear the typical apartment noise from neighbors both next door and upstairs. The location is prime and there's a great neighborhood feel with lots of shops, tasty food, and events to explore within RiNo. It's also conveniently located near the light rail with easy access to Union Station and the Denver Airport. Don't just take my word for it, schedule a tour today and see for yourself.

Staff gaslights residents rather than providing an resolutions when there is a problem or issue. Edit isn't a pet-friendly building. Edit now charges residents for electricity in common areas. This monthly fee is often 4 times MORE than what I pay for my own electricity. This makes no sense. I cannot wait until my lease ends so I can move out!

everyone leaving good reviews are drinking buddies with the front desk staff. - The building recently increased resident electricity bills by 366% without any communication or warning. something about as occupancy goes up residents are more responsible for shared areas. it was done so in such a shady way I can't get over it so fair warning to anyone wanting to move into this building. my unit cost for electric is $18 but my total cost is $85 because of this increase. they never warned residents and in fact they're back charging us back charges for months they forgot to do the increase each month..... leading into the holidays.... nice. people live pay check to paycheck.... a 350%+ increase in any bill should be clearly communicated to people. I had to ask what all these random charges were on my account and their answer? "well when you signed your lease... theres an addendum".... fine, all well and good but you can't send an email to people saying hey this is coming? it's just such a gross way to do business and its this MO here. AC goes down? no email. Bills out of whack? no email. they refuse to take responsibility for anything so they just say nothing and only explain to the residents who notice they're being taken advantage of to email them and ask. on top of that: - the AC in my unit hasn't worked properly in 13 months. -The dog park is disgusting and they allow aggressive dogs who have already attacked to keep using it. - had several packages go missing/get stolen and their answer was "it was addressed wrong" despite me having proof it was correct - construction on every single side of the building and the only way in and out of the garages in the back is constantly blocked by trucks.... sometimes you literally can't even get out - promised a 24-hour concierge so I can hire a dog walker but never happened - the only way to get visitors in the building is to go down and get them... they never bothered to set up the front call box - people constantly get things stolen from them, and they do nothing about it. don't even have nighttime security anymore - Move out HORRIBLE experience, they tried to charge me $700 on top of keeping my entire security deposit for holes in the wall???????? sorry people hang art? My advice is steer clear of this building. Money grubbing, no care for any of the people there. They bill this place like a luxury building but its been nothing but a headache. 2

WARNING This property is falsely advertised as pet friendly! My friends 6 month old cat literately fell out of the seven story window because the building owners decided to cut corners on the quality of screen installations and installed screens in a HIGH RISE building that can literately be blown off by the wind. They neglected to warn about the dangers of this building and even advertise as pet friendly. The audacity to advertise such a place as pet friendly is absolutely atrocious. If you have any pet and care about their safety i strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
