Filled out an application for this complex almost a year ago and after emailing I have yet to hear back from anyone. They just have you apply to take your money and never actually contact you from the “WAITLIST”.

I've lived at Edmonds Gateway for almost 6 months now and for the most part I've enjoyed it. My townhouse apartment was remodeled in 2019 and looks great. It's also bigger than the floor plan sketch shows it as being, with a living area and dining area in the main room as well as the smaller room off the kitchen. The complex is small - only 38 units and people are generally tidy and quiet. Management is offsite and not very involved in the day-to-day which can be both good and bad. Some of the buildings back to the highway so I imagine it's pretty loud in those units if you open the windows or slider. The main negative for me though is the parking situation - the ad says there's reserved parking included with the unit but that's not true. You have to rent a carport for an additional $50 per month if you want a dedicated spot because all of the uncovered parking is up for grabs by both tenants and guests. And there aren't very many uncovered spaces so you can imagine how that goes. Overall though, it's a nice place to live if you can afford a carport or two.

I also have been trying to set up a viewing. Sent two emails. No response. Not a very good first impression for potential tenants. Not sure where their emails go when they are sent directly from their site or from apartments.com.
