parking is horrible

My boyfriend has an apartment here and there is no parking for a second car. They are very aggressive about towing and only give you one owner spot. There is not enough parking for Your second spot they make you think you get with your unit. The floors are also very thin and you can hear the people above clearly. No laundry after 10. So if two cars I would find another place to live.
