It’s pretty good except for messy package room and elevators that sometimes brake. Amazing views, attentive stuff, freshly renovated apartments.

Great location, amazing community, pet friendly. Bar, vegan food hall and market downstairs with karaoke night is so fun. We have an amazing view of sunset. The only con is elevators take forever, or always down, or just one working.

Living at 811 Uptown is a dream come true! It is such a nice and modern building with state of the art amenities. I enjoy taking advantage of all the things this community has to offer. I love the social activities they plan - it is a great opportunity to make new friends. Also the staff are amazing! The concierge and the environmental service team do an awesome job of making sure that everything runs smoothly and that residents have the ultimate experience. I’m not sure what’s going on with the building and management quality. Things tend to be broken / untidy more often and I think communication is sent out without being double checked for completeness. Some of the management team is awesome and a few are pretty curt and unfriendly. It’s been a rocky 3 years living in this property.

Great community and amenities, but building is definitely past the new stage. While it is still a nice place to live the cheaper quality of the original materials can be seen now.

The staff and residents are friendly. The parking is plentiful. The view is amazing. Access to amenities and elevators is smooth and easy. The free coffee is really good. The building is very nice, everything in my apartment feels and works as if it’s brand new. The view is stunning, got an 18th floor corner unit and I’m in love. You know that airbnb you stayed at that one time that just blew you away? That’s what it feels like but I live here I work here, my son visits, my family all want to come visit, my partner makes it home, and I swear I’m just happier since the move. It’s not just the place it’s the people, but all together it feels like something really special. Definitely the nicest place I’ve lived.

I just recently moved in and my experience so far has truly been the best. For starters the building always smells nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and If I have questions there is someone around to help me. Travis in the leasing office has been more than helpful from the day I toured to handling my move in and even making sure everything after the move is going good. This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with an apartment complex!

Unfortunately I’m not holding the property in high regard now due to plumbing problems. I’ve had scolding hot water for 6 weeks that’s too hot to touch. Though the management made accommodations for me to shower in a vacant unit, having to semi wash up, get dressed and pack a tote bag is a huge inconvenience. With no ETA for repair this is unacceptable.

This building definitely has all the bells & whistles & all of the neighbors are very nice. I love how the building cleaning staff is constantly cleaning and keeping the building nice and neat and sanitary. I really enjoy live here keep up the excellent work guys.

My daughter and I have lived here for three years- we have zero complaints. Building is always extremely clean, smells nice and maintenance team is always extremely helpful. Inside the unit - while up there in price, when you include the amenities provided, views, access to fourth floor amenities, parking, etc, you are really paying the same if you lived at another high rise where parking or gas for example were not included. It has been a great experience for us and we have no complaints. Thank you for all that you do!

The front desk people are nice and helpful. The maintenance people are helpful and quick. I like the amenities and activities!! I like the Luxer lockers and the guest suite, very helpful when I have out of town guests.
Love the amenities, especially the pool! The building events are also nice. I was very surprised that we only received one week notice that there will be a change in management companies.
Eight Eleven Uptown gave me the best living experience in Chicago! Bozzuto did a great job at managing the whole building and hosting great events for the whole community! I love living here, and sad to leave. Really hope to see you again ??
Very nice, clean building. Staff is friendly and all maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. It would be nice if the hot tub was open year round but if that’s my only complaint then the building is great.

Amazing amenities : pool, bbq grill, outdoor and indoor spaces and dog run , close to the lake and beautiful apartments! Cheers to the maintenance guys too ! Ideal for my family

Amenities are very well. From the outside and lobby area, seems very fency place. But too dark corridor, public area. Elevator is dirty. For parking, there is no assigned parking spot even though pay for reserved. Looking for an empty spot every day is kind of annoying after paying for reserved spot.

The staff was amazing to work with during my move into the building. The building is well kept with great amenities. I plan on staying here for at least a couple of years.

I love living at Eight Eleven Uptown! It is such a great community. I also love how the management office plan such wonderful activities throughout every month. This allows me to get to know my neighbors better. The amenities are also pretty sweet! Th pool, the grilling area, and the whole 4th floor area in general really makes living at Eight Eleven Uptown so awesome!

Maintenance staff is great, nice to have a hot tub. Wish the elevators would work all the time, for a newer building, they are down to much.

Nice community, specially maintenance team. Only concern is that some residents who are personal trainers brings their trainees from outside to the gym and make it over crowded.

I love the community. I love the weekly events . Definitely feels like summer . Such a dope building with amazing amenities . I would recommend this spot if your looking for the work life play balance

So far so good! Loving the team and staff here so far! Just moved to Chicago a couple months ago and was very nervous initially but the team made things easy and everyone has been helpful.

Great amenities and helpful staff. Very clean apartment. Equipment in unit functions well. Maintenance orders are fulfilled quickly and are done well. Views from apartment are amazing. Location is excellent.

Building is always clean , friendly staff! Very pet and dog friendly. Quite and peaceful. Great location and view. Walking distance from mostly everything!

Enjoyed my stay. Excellent location. Right off of Lakeshore Dr near the beach. Only issue is the elevators sometimes. Only 1 is working most of the time and wait time is 10 minutes

We love living at 811 Uptown! It truly is a luxury apartment building and worth the rent. We love the pool, fourth floor amenities, parking, access to bus and train lines, and the community events!
