Could not be happier here! The leasing experience was easy, Madison was accessible and knowledgeable. The apartments have a great - unique! - layout and the beautifully maintained community is really quiet and safe.

I've always enjoyed living at eight town center ,never had issues with management ,love park setting .
It's a nice community, however I have had quite a few issues with ants and appliances.
Overall this is a clean quiet apartment complex. Management attempts to take care of issues within their control. Maintenance folks are very helpful.
Close proximity to food outlet and supermarket. Easy to catch public transport to downtown and also Portland.
We've lived here for years and couldn't ask for more! Nice, spacious, well maintained units and complex in a great area of Vancouver with responsive and friendly staff at all levels. We really couldn't ask for more!
I've lived here for twelve years and enjoy the shade trees and green space and the close by shopping and other amenities like the on-site pool, spa and gym.
I've had a very good experience working with the management staff and maintenance staff here. I am definitely heard when I need something.

Eight Towncenter is a great place to live. The landscaping is beautiful, it is quiet here and very well designed and maintained. We can’t say enough about the staff here. This place is the equivalent to a motel 6 except they charge more. The employees in the office are absolutely horrendous and very rude. Get everything you can in writing because they will set expectations and not follow through.

Eight Towncenter in the beautiful Fishers Landing district of Vancouver, WA is a first-rate apartment complex. On-site management and maintenance staff quickly respond to residents needs. The grounds are park-like and peaceful. While offering an upscale residential vibe, the complex is near quality shopping, dining and services and minutes away from Portland International Airport.
I like living here at Eight Towncenter Apartments the staff is kind respectful and helpful.I like the pride that is taken to keep it clean ,safe the landscape the appearance of the apartments gives me a sense of pride each time .I come home or walk around.
The over all experience of living at Eight Towncenter is inclusive and comfortable. The common areas are quite attractive and the pet policies are very liberal and also inclusive. My apartment is large and the layout is quite desirable. The maintenance team is excellent. Management are accessible even in a situation where COVID still has the club house closed. Overall, my experience of Eight Towncenter is positive and I recommend the community.
I have lived here for a little over a year now and I can't think of a single complaint legitimate complaint about the property or the company that runs it. I am walking distance from almost every type of entertainment you could ask for and a short drive to places that aren't walkable. The residents are warm and welcoming and the community is quiet and peaceful.
8TC is an excellent community where you can stay comfortable and safe.
Management sucks and only cares about themselves. Managements communication is non existent but their excuses are extensive.

Eight Towncenter is an absolute Gem! Walk- ability to everything you need at home, and a beautiful retreat to make your own. Escape the claustrophobic density of most newer construction community, and discover an elegant, relaxing, and well-appointed home that you will love. The Lush, Garden style grounds, friendly and helpful staff, and open concept floor plans the lend themselves to a place you can establish roots and enjoy for years to come. Seriously, Eight Towncenter has everything you could want and more! I love living here... you will too!
Its been a Great 2 1/2 years here! Great community , friendly and helpful staff(James Burback) No major issues with unit or appliances. Pretty complex. Close to everything!

the money was worth it the first year that we lived here. the things started breaking like the closet door and the door handles and the roof started leaking when it rained and the workers would take days to come and fix the many problems. the some new people moved in and were being so loud. constant thumping and yelling and screaming. we filed many complaints and the people at the office just blew every single one of them off. the the people started being aggressive toward us and police were involved and still the office did nothing about it. dont waste your money on this place. the view is nice yes but the quality of the workers and the quality of the apartments is not worth the money

As for aggressive behavior, the most important thing you can do is to call your local law enforcement. As much as we strive to provide you with a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment to come home to; Our staff is not equipped to be security or law enforcement. With regard to maintenance, please reach out to schedule appointments for any work you need done. We are at a time when only emergency work orders are able to take precedence, but - an appointment can resolve an inability to access your unit in a timely fashion. The community and staff is amazing here they made the process of moving in as easy as it could be. Parking is always open so I never have to search for a spot when I get off work. Definitely love it here
