Great management and maintenance. Apartments are in great condition and spacious. I love it here! The amenities are great, I specifically like the gym and pickleball courts. Can’t wait for summer here.
Office staff and maintenance are on top of their game! Had a surprise bathroom leak and maintenance hired a plumbing technician fix the issue the next day.
The experience so far is been great. The people in the office no matter how busy they are they make time to help us in anything we need. Maintenance people is great. So far we have a great experience

Such a nice, quiet, beautiful place to live.. Very clean and all the amenities are top-notch… 20 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine and within five minutes of some great places to Have breakfast dinner or lunch

This is a great place to live any complaints I have had were handled immediately. The pool area is great and the pool is heated which is so nice in the winter. We love it here.

Living here has been a positive experience overall. The apartments are thoughtfully designed with modern features like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and full-size washers and dryers. Pet owners will appreciate the dedicated bark park and pet spa. While the overall experience has been great, occasional noise and limited guest parking are minor inconveniences. I woul give a 5/5 for just the staff & apartment designs; they have awesome designs and amenities, the staff is VERY helpful and responsive, but, the builder as it seems did very poor quality (either research and/or actual work). Having built a house in 1996, I don't recall having the number of warranty issues like I've had or experienced. The good thing is how responsive the maintenance guys are, given in the 8ish months I've been here they've been in my apartment so many times I've lost track, including the 6 times for the same issue in less than 2 weeks. I sure hope they're getting the builder to cover all these crazy expenses and I've seen the end of the alarm issues for good.

This is such a great place to live! I moved in a little over a week ago and I can’t get over how amazing this apartment is! The staff are so friendly and get things done quickly! I had internet issue since work from home and I called the office and they got it resolved quickly! I would recommend this community to anyone!
I'm still new here so I don't have a ton to say but so far, it's good The trash valay thing is cool, the package portal is cool, I wish we had a prepaid package drop off shoot as well. I'm excited to participate in the social stuff but I've not had a chance yet
everyone here at the community has been extremely helpful. They will almost drop what they’re doing to assist you when you need something. The gym they have here has everything anybody would ever need to get a workout in and then some. The grounds are always clean. This is a great location for me personally and I love living here.

Move-in was made extremely easy. Any concerns at move-in were immediately addressed to our satisfaction by the Maintenance crew, Alex & Carlos. Alex is specifically professional & and responds to all your questions. Staff in the office are absolutely fantastic. Extremely friendly, responsive to any questions or concerns you may have, even if asked more than once ??. Excited to get involved in monthly events.
We moved here in July and we really love it! The space is so open and full of light in our apartment! the amenities are fantastic and very well cleaned and kept! The only thing is that people don’t pick up there dogs poop very well around here and that’s definitely frustrating
The apartment is wonderful. The people here are so nice and accommodating with anything that needed to be done. The only negative is the people above us. They have a child that runs all day from 7am on . Other than that it is awesome.
Everyone has been so helpful getting us moved in to our new apartment. Our family is already in love with the community, especially all the amenities.

I've been living at Eight Winds for about 5 months, now and I don't have much that I can complain about! Getting approved and getting my lease signed was a bit of an ordeal, but this was NOT a problem with Eight Winds, this was a "me problem." I was lucky enough to be working directly with Janeen and Nicole H, both of whom, with the absolute patience of a saint, helped me get into my apartment, answered all of questions, and made a very difficult time in my life just a bit easier. The amenities, resident events, and periodic visits from food trucks have all been fantastic and varied. The valet trash service has been great! There have only been a few days where trash was not collected due to severe weather. Most impressing is how prompt maintenance has been when resolving issues. Luckily, I haven't experienced anything that was severe, the few problems that I have had were quickly resolved. All in all, a great place to live. If you decide to move here, you won't be disappointed.

The move in process was incredibly easy and efficient. I want to give a special shout out to the staff especially Nicole the assistant Manager. If not for her expertise and friendly demeanor I would not have chosen this place to call my home.
